This company advertisement is good

This company advertisement is good. The product appeared to be good quality.My item did not fit and the sizes run extremely small. I paid $32.23 the order was $25.00 with a fee of $7.00 for shipping. Which,I was told non refundable. When I placed the order this is not written in blank a white. The rep was nice but, the problem was the Merchant did not refund what I paid for the item. Not to mention the wait time. In addition to reaching a live agent Is distasteful. I would not recommend anyone to order because the Merchant is stealing to refund me $17.00 dollars this is a rip off !!!

I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this company.I ordered a pair of shorts from them, which turned out to be too large. I returned them to them and paid $10 for return postage.They took two weeks to get back to me and sent me an additional pair of shorts in the same large size when I had requested a medium. When they finally did get back to me after six phone calls, they told me that the item I returned to them was damaged and covered with pet hair, which was absolutely inaccurate.Every call I had with someone from this company was unhelpful. They told me that they never sent me a second pair of shorts that I am actually holding in my hands. They then told me I could keep the shorts and then later told me to send the shorts back to them.How many calls am I supposed to actually make before I really get help?I will never order from these people again. I could not be more disappointed

Fruit Of The Loom = Junk

Just received Fruit Of The Loom big mens underwear. White 5x sized underwear that came 6 pairs to a bundle and I bought 2 of them. I washed 6 of them immediately and upon drying them, they got reduced to 3x now from shrinkage. This is a cheap brand and now unusable. DO NOT BUY !!! Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I may reach out to HisRoom customer service, but they have a policy, if you wash them right away, your stuck with them. I am so disappointed.

Order placed 16 days ago, money taken from my credit card and goods not shipped. Communication to the company unanswered. Wish I’d looked at the reviews before ordering. Previously before Covid this company was great.

First time I have placed an order with…

First time I have placed an order with HisRoom/HerRoom. I love the Her Room merchandise I have ordered and received and it was quickly shipped. I don't understand why I can't place an order for His Room and Her Room at the same time. I realize it is different merchandise but from the same location. I needed to place an order for both but did not because I had to do so from different orders and wanted to combine shipping of both so there would be no extra cost. Please advise.

Looks like a scam

Looks like a scam. Ordered a pair on 6/29. Kept getting emails about delays from the manufacturer. The most recent one I responded to cancel the order and refund the money. No response.

No product, no refund

Have yet to receive my order or a refund. Placed my order about a month or so ago. They sent an email saying that I need to pay a $10 restock fee or a $10 reshipping fee. I've never had problems with things being shipped to my address.
