I give them a three for the actual…
I give them a three for the actual company and not the product. I own and love Hoka slides unfortunately the company itself leaves lots to be desired.Firstly colours…there are a ton of cool colours but unfortunately on Hoka.ca they are always sold out even in the winter…secondly unisex sizing sucks…women and men feet are different almost all unisex shoes I’ve tried are a bit wider due to the fact they are made for men as well so double thumbs down for the company…also if you find them on sale the price at a random store is cheaper than the actual Hoka store. I’m now on a search for a new company that makes comfy slides and is never out of stock

Terrible customer service &…
Terrible customer service & disappointing product qualityI am extremely disappointed with both the quality of HOKA shoes and their customer service.I purchased these as running shoes, but they were never used for running—only for walking. Despite very light use, the tread literally began falling off, which is absolutely not normal wear and tear for a shoe marketed for performance and durability.When I submitted a warranty claim, it was immediately denied with a generic response blaming “normal wear and tear,” misuse, or negligence—none of which apply. No meaningful review, no accountability, and no effort to stand behind their product.For comparison, I own athletic shoes that are close to 10 years old and worn far more frequently that have held up significantly better than these. That alone says everything about the quality.What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of customer care. If a company refuses to stand behind a clearly defective product and dismisses loyal customers so easily, that’s not a brand I can trust.Between the poor durability and the even worse customer service, I will not be purchasing HOKA again—and I would strongly caution others before spending their money here.

Wrong size despite app photo - but seems simple to exchange.
Shoes - SpeedGoat 6 - far too small despite app photo. I should have trusted my usual size, but thought Hoka might be on a different scale, so went with the app’s recommendation. Have returned via Royal Mail, which was easy: let’s hope the exchange pair arrive.

Shocking customer service!
Ordered a pair on 30th for next day delivery, still not here now! Was told it because I was too late Ordering for the Saturday which I understand. They took 4 days to contact me after me trying via a useless ai bot. Then told me it would be delivered this Sunday as fo security reasons it would be on a weekend (sunday) again as that's what I paid for. The joke is i paid for a Saturday delivery and my tracking is telling me Monday!!! So still not right. I will never use them again and stick to ON runners .

Great shoes
These shoes have arrived very quickly to my rural Scottish address, I have repeatedly bought Hoka brand as it seems to suit my feet and encourages me to walk regularly and these Clifton 10 wide fit has not disappointed!
