5 Star Customer Service
I purchased a pair of boots I was excited about. A few days after receiving them I saw they were on sale for 25% off. I reached out to Huckberry and they immediately adjusted and refunded the difference in price as the boots were in stock in the size I purchased. I appreciate companies who are willing to do the right thing. I was still in the return window, so I could have sent back the full price ones and bought the sale boots, but that makes no sense! I've had plenty of companies not willing to be accommodating like Huckberry was and it was much appreciated. I'll be a repeat customer.

Customer Service that answers your questions quickly and professionally!
I ordered a pair of pants for my son-in-law's birthday from Huckberry a few days ago. I had never heard of the company, but I ordered, and had it sent to my daughter to wrap. I was concerned about it reaching him in time. I wrote to the company and asked if they could try to send it by his birthday, and got an immediate response, which was that it should get there beforehand. This is the kind of customer service that all companies should have!

Huckberry has a great collection of information for consumption and goods for sale. But if you ever have questions or something isn't quite right their team is quick to respond and offer customer service, second only to lego.

Huckberry - a classy establishment.
Quality products and fantastic customer service keep me coming back to Huckberry. I purchased a jacket right before it went on sale - I reached out to the Huckberry team to see if I could get the price difference back - and they were quick to respond - and refunded me the difference. Fantastic - will be returning to Huckberry whenever I can!

I had an issue with a pair of jeans so…
I had an issue with a pair of jeans so I emailed customer service with a picture and an explenation as to what was going on. Within four days I had already revived a new pair of jeans with no questions asked. That was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Huckberry now has a customer for life and i'll tell everyone I know what a great experience I had. I also have bought several products from them in the past and they have all been of the highest quality.
