Not worth price

Huda beauty is a very pricy brand and I don’t think their products live up too it. I purchased the liquid blud which doesn’t last at all. It was off my face an hour later. Far too expensive would rather purchase drug store cheaper products as £24 is far too much for a small liquid blush.

I ordered online with Huda direct and…

I ordered online with Huda direct and am disappointed. The shade i ordered was completely wrong so i have emailed and asked for a return label. That was over a week ago and no response. Wont be buying again.

WORST customer service I have ever…

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They have been lying saying they have processed my refund this has been ongoing for over 2 weeks. I asked them to provide me the transaction for ID and they keep LYING saying they are chasing for it. How hard is it to process a refund. The customer service team act so slow and confused too which I don't understand. NEVER order from their website you are lucky if you even get a response

Don’t buy from the official website, the customer service is terrible

I like Huda beauty brand and I usually buy their products from Sephora , however I saw the official website sale and decided to buy from there but the customer service made me regret that forever. I will never buy from them.Two items arrived one damaged and the other one not my shade, so I put the returning label on them and packed them to return on November 22 /2025, I didn’t get a refund until January 9th 2026. All that period of time I am sending and receiving emails over and over about what’s the email, tracking no, item no. , reason to return or no response at all and it’s funny sometimes they are the one who’s not responding and then sending me : we temporarily closed your case since you didn’t respond! And the online chat is another joke it’s just an AI who has said solid response with limited choices. At least they should put a human on the online chat if they don’t want to put a phone no.Again, I wrote that to them and will write it here as well: I will never buy from Huda Beauty official website .

Placed an order in November 2025 and have been waiting for over 30 days products are shipped from China and been in contact with customer services who don't know how to offer customer services have just been telling me to contact the courier company which is not my job as I have not shipped the order MY ADVICE TO ALL UK CUSTOMERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HUDA BEAUTY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Allergic reaction no care or response from Huda

I had an allergic reaction to Huda eye lift and contour, applied when received as I slept woke up next morning unable to open my eyes, spent the day in A&E, they swelling and pain of my eyes were unbearable. Was given medication and unable to work for 2 wk However I am unable to view screens for long lengths of time, my eyes are dry and feel strained unable to watch tv when I want and have to rest my eyes regularly. When I email Huda as they have no contact number. They emailed me twice saying not to keep emailing and your email will be dealt with and to allow 3-7 days. Initially emailed them 23rd November 2025 and then again around 11th December 2025. I have emailed them picture and my medications and informed them they must state on the packaging to patch test first and not suggest this is suitable to all skin types as this is not the case. In always trusted Huda wishful products most made in South Korea and very good I use the face wash regularly and also the honey whip cream which is discontinued (this is a shame loved this product) I previously used the wishful face scrubs so I had confidence in their product this eye serum was made in the USA I wish I had trusted my gut but I thought an eye serum should be rigorously tested. I’ve previously used Elemis and Estée Lauder creams and eye products never have any issues. I feel very disappointed with Huda having been a valued customer for many years. I am still waiting for the reply to the issue and to return the eye serum along with the rest of my £100 order as I have lost trust and don’t have enough details on the other products to use them or gift them.

My order never came!

My order has still not arrived! I bought during the black friday sale and waited all year for this but the order is nowhere to be seen. Customer service has not replied to any of my emails even though I sent them over two weeks ago! Yodel says the parcel is still with sender, and honestly I do not know what to do.I love the products, but I will never order from the site again. Avoid using the site at all costs!I am so upset, I saved up for this event, I want my money back.
