Using Huel to promote weight loss
Using Huel to promote weight loss with out loosing muscle mass. So far 2shakes a day and a small meal, I have dropped 8lbs in 2 weeks, with noticeable results.I have tried other brands and while Huel has a higher price point than other brands, the effectiveness and flavours off set the prices differences.Person favourite is Cinemon, but have also tried all flavours and their isn't one I dislikeHighly Recomended

Excellent way to diet and get proper nutrition
Compared to my hodge podge weight loss diets, with terrible nutritional balance, and leaving me feeling really hungry between meals, Huel solves this, and does it with convenient proportioned meals. Having Huel's Black Edition shakes for breakfast and lunch, and a Hot & Savory meal for dinner, leaves me feeling great. I could probably stay on this diet indefinitely, and not get tired of the choices Huel offers.

Healthy made easy
Admittedly, I was more than skeptical at the advertisements across social media, but eventually, my impulsive shopping habits crossed with the desire to be healthier... I was more than pleasantly surprised at the variety available, likewise, the food is filling... I ordered on a 8 week subscription, but I wound up ordering more after only 3... It's definitely worth a try at least. My favorites so far are the black edition banana strawberry ready made shakes, and the hot and savory chili, though, I haven't had one I didn't like yet. Daily green cans are great too! All around a solid addition to my diet rotation!

Healthy ingredients
Been looking for a more calorific, ‘healthy’ ingredient, protein drink to gain weight. After lots of research Huel complete meal replacement seemed the best one. I do have gastritis so stomach is sensitive. I chose the unflavoured one and with almond milk it’s not too bad. Can be bitty and putting it in a blender makes it smoother. 2 scoops, giving you 400 calories, bloated me and my stomach found it hard to digest. So now trying 1 scoop with half the liquid and see how I get on. Hopefully it adjusts and can gradually increase and put on those desired pounds !
