This is by far the WORST and most…
This is by far the WORST and most EXPENSIVE internet I have ever had. I immediately want to cancel, but unfortunately I have a contract. The internet does not work 90% of the time and the high priority date that is very slow and doesn't work the best runs out in a few days and then we are on the standard, which does not run anything in my home, not even my phone for browsing. Almost $100 a month for a waste because we have to use our Hotspot data on our phones and the Hotspot on our phones work better than this internet. I also asked for a mesh extension, so that it would reach the whole house. They never installed it. Save time and money. Go with any other internet company but hughes net!!!

Accommodating
I told them with us being in our late 60's we are not able too get on the roof to get equipment. After checking he said we would not need to return that. Thank you
