My card got charged right away when I ordered. Then I spent a month trying to track down my order with no luck. Finally canceled it but never got my refund, even after waiting another month. Their customer service is about as bad as it gets. Honestly shocked they're still operating. I ended up getting what I needed from another retailer the very next day.

Got some fender flares for a 2025 Ford truck and the fitment was good, but the hardware for the rear flares was a no go on the bottom attachment points. Reached out to Husky and they said they'd help, but the replacement hardware still hasn't arrived a week later. Dropped five hundred bucks on these and just wanted to get them installed already. They should've shipped that out overnight. Eventually figured out my own solution but their support was definitely lacking. Next time I'm going with Bushwacker instead.

Got some car mats for my Jeep and the site said they were stocked and would go out same day. Waited eight days for any shipping info and never got anything. Called customer service a few times and got the runaround with no real explanation for the holdup. They also ignored my emails so calling was my only option. Getting my money back after canceling was just as frustrating. Really disappointed and can't recommend this company to anyone.

Major trust issues with this company. Shipping was incredibly slow on the fenders I ordered with no upfront communication. When I tried reaching out via email, nothing. Attempted to cancel and it just says pending. Really disappointing experience overall.

All they care about is getting your money. They don't actually fulfill orders. I've been waiting a week with no order number and can't get anyone on the phone for an update. Emails go unanswered too. Whether they're dishonest or just completely incompetent, either way I'm done.

Second time this company has done this exact thing to me. Ordered floor liners for my Chevrolet and the website clearly showed them in stock with same day shipping available before the cutoff. Order never went out. Then I see the shipping date changed to April 5th, then April 24th. By May 27th I finally get a chat response saying they partially shipped it with rear liners on the way, but when I ask for confirmation they say it's not available. Called the next day and was told it actually hadn't shipped yet. The website is super misleading about stock status and their customer service is intentionally vague about tracking. This happened to me on their Amazon page too with the same terrible experience.

Three separate attempts to order from this company. Tried Amazon once and their direct website twice. They're quick to take payment but terrible at actually sending your stuff. Been over a week and nothing's moved on my orders. Trying to cancel is just as much of a headache with no progress. Skip this company entirely, it's nothing but frustration and letdown.

Went ahead and ordered despite all the negative comments I saw elsewhere. Placed an order March 21st and got an email the next day saying it shipped through a carrier with a tracking number. But when I check that number, it only shows the label was created. Nothing's moved as of March 27th. Called and they said it was supposed to be picked up but wasn't. They're waiting for a pickup. This matches what so many other frustrated customers are saying. Read the reviews before you give these guys your money.
