Unfair trading
I ordered products as there was a promotion advertised. When I checked out, their system did not apply the promotion and charged me the full price. I requested a refund for the money overcharged but iherb said they do not do refunds. This is robbing consumers money. However they did say that they would apply the refund to me in my future purchase.They then told me they'd give me 10% on products, so I thought to use that $20refund with the 10% off. Again, they did not apply the $20 refund. This is not fair, it does look like to me that they promise things they don't fulfill and use it as a bate to hook you to spend more. I demand a refund. It is not hard to do to program it into their system but they don't want to do it.

My experience with herb is a – one
My experience with herb continues to be A1. Their website is extremely easy to manipulate. They have a wide choice of products in various price ranges. I believe it’s up to me to know the brand in the history of it and I heard almost always carries everything that I need. Their delivery is very fast and efficient. If I order in the morning when I get up at five, I’m almost guaranteed to receiving it that day. I also have a product on automatic delivery. They always alert me and I’m allowed to respond or change the delivery date. Overall, I is an incredible company to work with in every way.

I haven’t received my order and the delivery guy gave it to my neighbor by clicking their bell. He told me that he’s coming back to get the package from them and give it to me but no body has answered and opened the door yet 🤷🏻♀️

POOR PRINT QUALITY AND CENSORSHIP - Order #544699796
I am deeply concerned about the quality of Nordic Naturals, Daily Omega Kids (Order #544699796). The expiration date and lot number on the bottle are poorly printed, smudged, and nearly unreadable. While 07/25 is visible upon close inspection, such poor quality is unacceptable for a children's supplement and raises serious doubts.My 14-year-old daughter took this for 11 days before we noticed the issue. Our family is now in extreme stress, and we are waiting for blood test results to ensure her safety.To make matters worse, iHerb is CENSORING my reviews on their website to hide this quality failure from other parents. Instead of helping, you are blocking my comments. I demand a fair $100.00 compensation for the psychological distress and health anxiety caused by your negligence. Ticket #15829858. Damaged vitamins, missing refund, and safety concerns
I placed an order worth $248.25 for various vitamins. While the outer packaging appeared undamaged upon delivery, the contents told a different story.The fish oil arrived in unacceptable condition—the plastic container appeared melted (as well as the fish oil capsules), indicating severe heat exposure during shipping. Although the rest glass vitamin bottles remained intact, I'm deeply concerned about whether these products are safe to consume, especially given that I'm pregnant. Most concerning is that my order included probiotics, which are extremely heat-sensitive. Heat exposure can destroy the live cultures, rendering them useless or potentially unsafe. There's simply no way to verify visually whether they've been compromised.Additionally, the chewable B12 tablets were problematic. They didn't dissolve properly in my mouth as expected and tasted noticeably different from what they should. This further eroded my confidence in the entire order, as there's no way to visually verify whether the other vitamins were also compromised by heat exposure.I contacted customer service in December requesting a replacement for the fish oil (which they did provide) and, more importantly, answers about whether the remaining vitamins are safe to consume during pregnancy. After weeks of delays and vague reassurances, they finally claimed they issued a refund one month ago. I have yet to receive it, and critically, they still haven't addressed my food safety concerns.Their response that my case is "isolated" misses the point entirely—I don't care about statistics; I need to know if the heat-damaged products I received are safe and potent, or if they've been degraded. This is especially critical for probiotics and prenatal supplementation.The company claims to ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive products, but my experience directly contradicts this. Their failure to address legitimate safety concerns, is unacceptable.
