I got hit with a charge for an automatic renewal that I cancelled right away. I put in a refund request within their stated timeframe and even sent a follow-up email the same day since there was no confirmation on their site. It's been a full year and I still haven't gotten my money back. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and got nothing from them. Their phone support doesn't pick up either. Skip this company. They're not trustworthy.

The classes are pretty straightforward and don't take much effort to complete for credit hours. My main complaint is that the compliance monitor takes forever to update each year. In my experience, it usually doesn't get current until somewhere between six to ten months into the fiscal year, which means I'm stuck manually tracking what credits I still need for most of the year. Since this is supposedly a key benefit of paying for a subscription, I'd expect them to have it ready much sooner.
