I spent eighty-five dollars on ink that arrived with only a month left before expiration. They do claim to have a hundred percent satisfaction guarantee but getting a refund meant I had to make a trip to the post office to return it, which was frustrating. I asked for a UPS or FedEx label to make it easier and they refused. They also wouldn't pick it up themselves. They won't send you replacement cartridges until they get the old ones back, which doesn't work if you're already out of ink. Other companies ship the replacement first and give you time to send the defective product back. This company was sneaky and dishonest about the whole situation. They finally did give me a return label and refund eventually, but not before making me jump through hoops.

Don't get their HP ink cartridges. Seriously, you'll have more fun watching money burn because that's all that's happening. The cartridges are incompatible with the printer, nothing prints, and scanning stops working entirely. You waste over a week waiting for delivery just to end up with trash and no refund.

If you're thinking about buying their HP ink cartridges for your printer, don't do it. You'd get more joy watching your money burn because that's basically what happens. The cartridges don't work in the printer, won't print, and actually disable scanning too. You're stuck waiting over a week for something to arrive that's useless and you have to throw away your cash.

All I wanted was to send them back for a refund. They ended up ignoring my calls and emails and I'm left with fifty-seven dollars wasted and useless cartridges. Their phone support doesn't work and customer service is nonexistent. My advice is go anywhere else. I'm sure some people have had better luck but most of us are getting ripped off.

Those few people who had good experiences are lucky but most of us aren't having that outcome.

This product is not worth buying. The quality is poor and their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I also think many of their positive reviews aren't genuine.

Honestly I was skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews on here, but the prices were so much better than anywhere else so I took a shot. They got my ink order to me in just two days which was awesome. I installed it and printed my document right away and it worked great. Look, everyone's experience is different, but I'm telling you this company came through for me. Definitely worth giving them a try.
