All my cookies were broke poor packing

A dozen cookies were ordered. They arrived in a box that would hold two dozen. No packing. All the cookies were broke some to almost crumbs. Not very professional. I did try and contact insomnia on their review page, no luck submitting review

Awful service - still waiting on money back.

Honestly awful experience. For the cookies themself, they’re delightful (when I could finally get my hands on them). As for the service, honestly awful. I am more than frustrated at this point with their slow and lack there of response. I originally ordered for my cookies to never show up. After months of back and forth they finally refunded my money in the form of a voucher. Went to go use my voucher a while after, for it to not work and the full price to come out my account. Cancelled the order, never got the voucher back (which isn’t a voucher, it’s my money?) and never got my money back for the cancelled order either. I’ve emailed so much to not hear anything back and when I phoned up, I was told I’d be forwarded to head office to again not hear anything back. I shouldn’t have to consistently chase you to just get my money back. Please fix your customer service it is genuinley so awful, not your in store staff as they are lovely and amazing people. It’s who ever you got on email customer service or head office level.

Worth the hype

Quick delivery and the cookies were delicious. I ordered 7 cookies and they all came warm better than any Millie’s cookie or dessert place⭐️

A promise of warm cookies

A promise of warm cookies? Nope! I just received the LAST box of cookies that I’ll ever order from them again. Both times the cookies were not warm. At all. In fact, they took 45 minutes to deliver them, or enough to get cooled down to ambient temperature. I’m dissatisfied with their false advertising of getting them to your door warm. Never again!

Wrongfully Terminated

Working at this Insomnia Cookies location truly meant a lot to me. I started as a baker and was eventually made a shift supervisor — without any notice or proper training — yet I still gave it my all. Most days, I was left to run the store completely alone for hours. I repeatedly asked management to hire or transfer help to make the store run better, but nothing changed.I took pride in my work and truly loved what I did. Both customers and managers regularly complimented my baking. Guests would call the store specifically to place orders with me, and even my coworkers and managers would ask me to bake just for them — they said my cookies were their favorite. That meant everything to me.I built strong connections with guests — many of them came in asking for me by name. That’s what made it even more painful to be let go without warning, a proper conversation, or the chance to speak on my behalf.I reached out to HR, customer service, and even tried to contact the CEO, Seth Berkowitz, and never received a response. I did everything I could to be heard.Based on my experience, I do not recommend supporting this location. The staff and managers I worked with were often unprofessional and rude, and the overall work environment was unfair and stressful. Until this company learns to truly value its employees and customers, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. LOCATION: 815 LOMAX STREET JACKSONVILLE FL
