We've been paddling iRocker boards since 2021, and they've not been without issues. Two warranty claims, one factory recall on a board, a faulty pump, a wonky paddle and a very recent issue with a brand new board's valve. Products (especially made in China, there... I said it) will have occasional quality control issues. That's a fact. I wouldn't guess this to be different than any other brand.However... where iRocker really stands out is their warranty support. Every single time we've had an issue, the response from their warranty support team and been timely, quick, friendly - and EVERY time, they've risen to the occasion and made it right, replacing faulty items and doing so faster than any other company I've dealt with. In a couple of instances, they've phoned me directly to work out the details. THIS is what keeps us coming back, and why we bought two MORE boards from them last month. I feel confident that whatever issues might arise, they're invested in keeping their customers.

Products are ok. Shipping is expensive, super slow, and they cancel your orders like it's run by a chimp with ADHD. Super frustrating when you're buying for a gift for the holidays. I placed an order, then a week later they tell me a couple items are refunded. Then two days later they tell me two more items are refunded. Holy shnikees people. Get a new inventory system, or fire someone. Still no products at my house!! Should have gone with Isle board instead.

We have IRocker inflatables and love them. I saw the BOGO on the hardboard and wanted to take advantage of it. Due to a recent surgery I wouldn't be able to get to the warehouse before the sale ended. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in getting my purchased taken care of and assistance with the boards. Can't wait to get on them. Shout out to Kurstine who made this happen!

I purchased the Ultra XL 3.0 is reef green. I have been paddling iRocker boards for the last 5 years and i must say, this new Ultra is my favorite board so far. Everything about this board is high quality. The bag, pump, decking, handles, bungees, and paddle all have a high quality feel to them. This board is legit!

2 of the 3 inflatable SUPs I purchased from iRocker split at the seams. The company honored the warranty on one, then refused to make good on the second. Both Blackfins had the same problem rendering the boards useless, very disappointing investment of $850 per SUP.

We did our research and read the reviews about iRocker. I'm happy to say that they were all correct. The Blackfin Model X is a fantastic product. It is easy to set up, only taking about 10 minutes from car to water. The construction is high quality and I don't worry about damage because of it. The tie-down points and carry handles are well though out making it easy to use. The customer service team helped with questions about what model would be best for me, and helped resolve a minor issue with shipping. I can't imagine the overall experience could have been better. 10 out of 10!

iROCKER has the BEST customer service. The paddle board I purchased unfortunately arrived pretty damaged. And because this was a gift to my niece it didn't get opened right away. I was concerned they wouldn't cover it since it wasn't opened immediately. However, that was not the case. After sending photos and videos they replaced not only the board but all the accessories too! They were very responsive and timely. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I had a great experience with iROCKER, thanks especially to Brittany, who went above and beyond to assist with my order.On August 26, I submitted an order for a Flip Lock Lever. Brittany personally looked into the order and even reached out to the warehouse team to help gather more information on its status. Her proactive communication and dedication made a real difference.I'm very thankful to both Brittany and the warehouse team.
