The worst company ever
The worst company ever! They charged me $550 for a subscription order that I never signed up for. It went through at 10pm and when I called them to cancel this they were closed. I woke up at 6 am that same day to call them and they said they couldn’t cancel it. I’d have to wait until it was shipped to me then ship it back before getting my money back. The order wasn’t even shipped yet when I looked at my account so they are trying to make things difficult. Horrible customer service avoid this company at all costs

it increases my productivity
I’ve been using Isagenix regularly at work, especially on days when I have to write long documents or detailed reports that require real focus. Formal Complaint – Delayed Refund for Unauthorised
Don’t trust Isagenix with your card details!I made a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in receiving my refund of £141.67 for an unauthorised order placed on 2 January 2026.I contacted customer service immediately on the same day the unauthorised transaction occurred and was assured that a full refund would be processed within five working days. Based on this information, I was advised that I would receive my refund by Thursday, 8 January 2026.However, when no refund was received, I contacted customer service again on 9 January 2026 and spoke to the same representative, who informed me that the refund had not yet been processed and that I would need to wait an additional five working days. This information was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, particularly given the original assurance I was provided.I am very disappointed with this experience. Isagenix promotes itself as a trustworthy company, yet this situation has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a clear lack of confidence in your customer service processes. The delay, combined with the failure to honour the original refund timeframe, has left me feeling let down.I thought I’d receive communication from a supervisor or manager who can take ownership of this issue and provide a clear resolution, however this has not been the case!

Isagenix worst ever
Isagenix customer service and accounting are not efficient. After one year of formal résiliation because the products ste way too expensive for their composition and true origin, this company is charging again my account. This is a call a fraud!The headache to solve it is now on my end.This is really annoying.

Not cost effective
A friend works with Isagenix products so I decided to try. I ordered the vanilla protein shakes and cashmere face cream. In my experience both too expensive for their worth. Shakes are too thick like porridge and tasteless,nutrition content seems ok. The cream is good,feels nice,again too expensive,nothing special or better than other good creams. I assume the high price is for the fancy pot and scoop.

Scammers closing reps accounts refusing to pay promiced comission
Scammers! New Reps and customers stay away! If you promote them, they will "promise" you a great future, and good earnings. They require you to buy monthly for 150£ to get a commission from referrals. Until YOU pay them and you have not many referrals is all good, BUT once you bring customers and start making money they will block you refusing to give any reason and you lose all your money and time! I am not the one, there are many people who lost accounts after YEARS of bringing customers to them and blocked once they start making good money. Simple Pyramid that only wants your money but don't expect they will let you build a long-term business because they will block you and take all your customers. Such a shame I wasted so much time trusting them. Stay away!
