I would give this company a top score…
I would give this company a top score because it gives you all the information you need,video to show you how each exercise is done. So when I get to make my own sessions I know how to teach each exercise without any doubt .also I'm trying to get deep into the nutrition section, so I can help my clients with weight loss and meal prep

Body builder became a body building specialist
I signed up for the bodybuilding specialist course at the beginning of January after inquiring for a few moments with an instructor online. The program is well structured and you can follow along relatively well. What I like the best is the fact which the material has been written by an experienced instructor in the field, compared and referenced with studies accomplished by several entities about specific topics. There are several demonstration and applications of theories throughout the book which I think for my type learning helps reinforce the retainment of the content. I completed the whole course in 13 days, and working on coloring the other courses offered within the package I purchased. I have been training for many years and competed just prior COVID, it’s definitely an illuminating process to finally have solid theoretical foundations of bodybuilding while training. It covered several areas I wasn’t quite aware of, and I highly recommend the course. I am currently working on nutrition coach and looking forward to complete the course. In the mean time the lady owning the gym in my town already invited me to chat for a potential job as a PT in her gym. Only issue I had throughout the course was the visualization of some of the scripts. Each module is divided into in reading portion then video to follow with. Some of the reading portions aren’t opening so I just followed with videos. Unsure wether is an “Apple” issue or else, but some of them are hard and long to open, therefore I had to go on the download page and reference out of the whole book the chapter covered in that particular module. Easy enough fix and not burden, just exposing the chance for improvement, thats all. Once again I highly recommend it.

Happy Trainer since 2017
Very responsive to my questions and got me to the right spot to complete requirements for re certification. Have been with ISSA since 2017 and noticed their exams are a harder than others in the same class. Very happy with them!

Overall Good experience
I liked the overall course and the material that was presented in general. I would have liked to see a bit more description of what strength training exercises/movements could target various muscles.

Wealth of Information
It was a good experience with the material, videos, and ability to ask questions. It was more informative than I had expected. I do think it could be shortened with the material a trainer would be using most. The live videos and streamed videos seem to take too long with getting started and too much wasted time. I do like the opportunity to ask questions, the biology behind the training, the videos of how to accurately perform the exercises, the idea of starting your own business material, and the energy of the instructors. I heard the class can be finished in 4 weeks with an extra fee. I’m curious if that is what should really be focused on, allowing people to focus on the concepts they will be using most. At the beginning I was excited to start, and then it seemed to drag on with some videos taking too long, pop up quizzes when you thought you were done, and just wanting to get to the end, so I can get out there and share the joy of fitness. I did learn a lot and do appreciate the material and the instructions. Thank you!
