Amazing Clothing As Always

Comfy dresses & great style
First time shopping online with Izabel London and my experience has been very pleasant. The website is user friendly & easy to place order. Package was packed nicely & delivered on time. The dresses are of good quality & design is unique. The colours are lovely. Comfy dresses. Recommended.

Not received my refund
I ordered two identical dresses. I returned the two dresses using their requested service and have proof of postage. The company received them 6th February 2026 according to Royal Mail proof of delivery, I have proof of postage and the weight of the product, and proof of delivery. I still have not received a refund as they are taking it up with Royal Mail. This is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are required to issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Poor customer service
Jacket came damaged.I paid for second day delivery, came 3 days after being lost in tranzit. When sent it back for return I have asked they will regund my delivery as they did not do what they said they will. Refused :( Will probably never buy from them again!

The clothes are lovely
The clothes are lovely from this company. I always feel comfortable.The clothes have a little more room than normal which I think is ideal for comfort so you could go down a size to try. I did this but found that the button up dress was way too small for my bust and the size up is a bit on the big side not on the bust but the rest of the fit, so it is a bit like pot luck if they fit.I suggest you try your normal size first with perhaps a smaller size ordered for comparison.Having said this I still like the clothes/company so will buy from them again.

Lovely dress, good quality, true to size, would recommend.Delivery was done incorrectly, customer care services had to redirect the goods.
