The Jackery 3000 and 5000+ is number one customer service is great
I researched all the power stations and by specs. Jackery was the best one so I purchased a 3000 was very happy with it. I just recently purchased a 5000+. I’m extremely happy with it. I had a little issues with my solar panels. Jackery customer service is the best no hesitation fix the problem. I wouldn’t choose anybody else.😀👍

Top shelf service
Well, this company definitely have their customer service team as one of the best. When I first ordered my product auto populated scooted up my address and the customer service team was on it right away. They haven’t missed a beat since on anything I need along with ordering other products.

Satisfied customer
I have purchased two Explorer 1000 batteries and both are outstanding. Once charged, they remained charged well after a year. I had an issue with the solar panels, but the problem was resolved> Customer Service was very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend Jackery.

Jackery 3600 UPS mode to run Sump Pumps
I’ve been using the Jackery 3600 to run my sump pumps in the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) mode. It’s been working great! I don’t have to worry about my basement flooding when the power goes out. Thank you Jackery."

Prompt and Courteous Service
My Jackery 1500 stopped charging, so I contacted customer service. After a series of troubleshooting procedures they determined the unit had an internal problem. As my Jackery was still under warranty I was sent a FedEx shipping label, and I dropped it off.About a week later I was notified the Jackery was on its way back to me. I received it in good working condition.Kudos to everyone I dealt with at Jackery for a good experience.
