My girlfriend bought me this bracelet for my birthday. I wore it for about four days and the fourth day. I looked down at my wrist and it was gone while my other bracelet was still on the same wrist. I had done no physical activity or anything that could’ve pulled it off. It was a clasp failure. From lack of quality. Please do not buy from Jaxxons, their products are trash. Jaxxons has replied to the review, in public saying they want to make this right, but in private angel one of their customer support members has continued to be unhelpful saying there is nothing they can do.

And after my item was reshipped, this shipper has marked it delivered but still dont have my package. Contacted Jaxxon and guess what? Another claim has to be filed, now they are asking for photos of the front door of where I get my packages and for ME to go through a whole process to track down my package! Imagine asking the customer to go through all these obstacles to track down a missing package! Now I have to wait for them to file a claim and contact their "legal team" to investigate. I'm convinced I'm not going to get the item or a refund at this point. They are so difficult when resolving these issues and customer service has been a headache since the start of all this! This is exactly what all the reviews say on other platforms except the ones they show on their website. This is one of their ridiculous responses. This is one pf their responses!WHAT A SCAM!"Be sure to contact your local post office and check with your neighbors if the package was mistakenly delivered to someone else. Please look around your delivery area; sometimes, carriers place packages in discreet spots to avoid theft. We will forward this to our legal team so they can file a claim on your behalf. My girlfriend bought me a. Chain from here I was beyond disappointed they literally sent us just. A box when we confronted them and reached out the totally neglected us not offering to refund my money back just got me to send pictures im disgusted with how the. Company does business i wouldn't never recommend buying from them

No runaround, no attitude, no “we’ll get back to you next week” nonsense — just clear communication and real follow-through.It’s rare these days to find a company that actually treats customers like they matter. I have ordered several items from Jaxon and have been very pleased with every item. My last order was not delivered by FedEx because of incomplete address. I contacted the company to notify them of the problem. They contacted FedEx and the jewelry was delivered with a couple days of the notification.I have been very impressed with the service and the quality of jewelry I have purchased.
