For a low budget Airline good service as always
For a low budget airline another good experience with Jet2.From arrival at airport easy to book in with pre boarding passes .All cabin crew good as always efficient and smiling.Apart from Portuguese Air Traffic Controllers which delayed our journey all timing was Ok.If picky second announcement by pilot could not be heard.

Usual good service and uncomplicated travel
Great option for destination airport which suits our travel needs.Although the outward flight was delayed due to fog at Salzburg, we were kept informed and regular updates on any changes. Also provided voucher to use at the departure airport during the delay.Appreciate the twilight check-in for early morning flight.

Airline great -- airport dreadful
As always, ground and air staff were helpful and friendly. However, a big complaint needs to go to the airport, who only had one passport kiosk open for 3 flights leaving for the UK around 2pm. Common sense surely should have told them that most of the passengers would therefore be non-EU. I suspect that all the flights were delayed as a result, and this did not give a good impression of Madeira

We always fly with Jet 2
We always fly with Jet 2, we’ve never had a problem with leg room before but on our last flight LS1202 from Lanzerote to Birmingham my husband(who’s 6 ft) has always had adequate leg room and appreciates the seats in front don’t recline, however on this flight his legs wouldn’t fit behind the seat, which meant leaving his left leg in the isle obstructing the trolleys. The plane looked brand new, is this how it’s going to be from now on?
