There are actually two issues here. First, they very frequently do not get the items to you by the date quoted in the cart. There seems to always be some kind of delay. Second, I have tried their DTF transfer service TWICE and both times they messed it up. The first time, there were white outlines on the transfers. They apologized, and sent me new ones that still had the exact same problem. The second time I used them, it was for a RUSH order and the colors were messed up. I filled out a form and was given a response time of within 24 hours and they did not meet that. I am still waiting to hear back from them and it is now looking like I am not going to be able to make this order in time. Their whole thing is supposed to be fast delivery but it is just problematic. I would say it's only safe to use them if you have a good window of time where you can absorb delays.

First of all they lie about delivery time they said the next day that is why I picked them but that was a lie just be honest and the work was missing about 19 images they did try to help me the one lady but then another person emailed me and was not polite considering I spent almost $200 dollars on some stupid dtf gang sheet

Order has not received and refund was not provided. Very poor customer service and not responding to claims. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge to get my money back.

Terrible customer experience. They do not honor their promotions. Spent hours loading in designs and selecting blank shirts for the promos to not be applied only causing waisted time and frustration. They offer all these great offers and claim they will be applied at checkout only to tell you after you enter your card information that the promos couldnt be applied. They state that if it is an error to reach out to their customer support but there is no way to connect with anyone. Shop anywhere else for your shirts and vinyl's

Shipping times are amazing (to CT). I can sometimes get orders the next day. Customer service is excellent and the return policy is next level. I've been ordering here for years for my small business. The problem is they are going to cost more for the shirts then other sites. Your basic gildan are comparable to other sites but most of the other brands are marked higher, lowering your profit margins. Free shipping over a certain amount helps! They do have a great variety of clothing brands and colors. On transfers they are usually amazing, if they are not they will fix the issue. Thier software is usually the best for getting your transfers to look "jiffy perfect". There are some times when it just doesn't get it right and I have to spend a good amount of time playing with the art to get the computer to understand. And the "print as is" makes my artwork look downgraded on the screen even if it's a big pristine file. I sometimes have to click that and pray but the prints usually come out great anyways. Again, you are paying more at Jiffy but when you need the prints fast and done right so far they are the best I have found.

First order with them was great came early and quality dtf transfers. Next two orders were late and I received someone else’s transfers and not mine and no one has contacted me back yet. AND they have no contact number to speak with anyone. Do better Jiffy.com!

Absolutely horrible customer service. You cannot get an answer from a human. They simply have AI say they will get back to you in 24 hours. My issue needed immediate attention and there is no way to contact them. They did not deliver half of my order and will not acknowledge there is a problem.

I placed an order through JiffyShirts and used a third-party vendor. When I hit “Confirm Order,” the site automatically processed the order without giving me the chance to enter or review my shipping address. As soon as I saw that the wrong (old) address was attached, I contacted JiffyShirts immediately — literally within minutes.They told me it was too late to make any changes, even though the order had just been placed. Instead of helping, they told me I would need to “contact the residents at the old address” to try to retrieve my items. That’s unacceptable. No customer should be expected to chase down strangers for a package that could have been corrected if they had proper safeguards or at least a brief order-edit window like every other major retailer.I’m now out of my money and my order, and JiffyShirts isn’t offering any real solution. If you place an order here, double-check everything because the moment you click confirm, you’re locked in — even if their system doesn’t give you the option to change or review your address. Very frustrating experience. I will not be ordering through them again.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE to get ahold of. I needed something addressed almost a week now and still Never got a phone call. I hate you can get a live person on the chat anymore it's all done by ROBOTS! VERY FRUSTERATING!!

I placed one order and it went great, so I put in a larger one, and it went terribly. We are at 10 days since I placed the order, and the shipping carrier never got the package, and EVERY time I reach out about they just send the trascking info like that is a solution; it shouws the carrier never got the package.The order is gone from my profile like it doesnt exist, and there has been no communcaiton with Jiffy except them giving me a $10 credit for things being late. Seriously? It's not late, you NEVER SHIPPED IT. I will never rely on a site like this for my business needs again. Beyond unprofessional.
