Amazing quality LUCKY JOE!

I’ve bought several items from Joe over the last few years, the price reflects the quality, just received a new T Shirt today. Blown away… how often do you get something so well made, so thoughtfully produced. It’s the Lucky Joe t shirt with the pin up girl.The shirt is beautifully made, I ordered it primarily because of the design only, but when I unwrapped it, I felt the texture, its embroidered, it’s a wonderful, tangible piece of clothing, I don’t know wether to wear it or frame it. Perfect.

Terrible company

Terrible company. The person entering the tracking codes doesn't know how to do so correctly, customer service never responds and if you do it via topcashback, they pretend a discount code has been used when one hasn't been. Also you're literally purchasing garbage made abroad.

Joe Browns quality a happy memory.

Joe Browns used to be my absolute ‘go to’ for vivid good quality T-shirts, but their good quality days are now firmly behind them. I have older Joe Browns T-shirts outlasting the more recent ones. All good things come to an end (and normally in pursuit of profit). Then there is the EVRI thing of course, plus the dreadfully wasteful marketing bombardment.

Very disappointed after ordering from…

Very disappointed after ordering from them over the years. Very slow delivery by them (not EVRI) and returns take days to refund.They completely ignored my full refund request. Only answered half my customer services email so had to email again and they still didn’t actually answer my complaint. Really gone downhill. Even the clothing is now a strange fit and not consistent size wise. Given they are quite expensive I’ll be looking elsewhere

Very happy with customer service

I bought a dress from Joe Browns for my son's wedding in December. I am very happy with the quality and fit and had lots of compliments. I have also returned things on two occasions and have received refunds promptly. When I've rung with any query, I've found the people on customer service to be friendly, courteous and efficient.

Respect for the customer

For customers, they send a return barcode with your order and the quality of the clothes is good. I always have problems with other companies for returns.

What terrible quality shoes

What terrible quality. I've bought clothes from Joe Browns a couple of times and found them to be okay. Tad over priced but nice designs. Recently I bought some knee high lace up boots. They look lovely but after a couple of wears the sole have holes on both feet - this is less than 3 months I've never had this on any boots. On closer inspection the soles are only 2mm thick, which is thinner than any shoes I've ever seen. They might as well be paper. I've had to pay to get them resoled. Contacted Joe Brown who didn't even ask for the model number or any details but stated they were sorry I was disappointed and go back to store. I don't have the receipt anymore so no help available there.My complaint is that the boots weren't fit for purpose and they need to review the quality and improve manufacturing. They charge enough to pay for decent soles

I ordered nearly £300 worth of clothes…

I ordered nearly £300 worth of clothes from Joe Browns in xmas sale. Arrived from Evri and unfortunately even petite was still too big. Posted back and waited for refund. 10 days later enquired via email about return, parcel had not arrived back to the warehouse. To Rayne lead advisors credit, who dealt with this query, once I sent photos showing evri tracking was still on its way, I received full refund without any problems. I hope the parcel turns up though I have seen issues with evri parcels going missing in comments online and Facebook. First time it has ever happened to me.

Poor quality

I ordered some boots in September which were advertised as waterproof. However, on first wear in light rain, I realised they definitely weren't waterproof! When I revisited the website, the 'waterproof' label had been removed. The boots have fallen apart within 3 months of purchasing them, when I only wear them for a max of one hour per day. I made a complaint on 16th December and I am still awaiting a response. I would not recommend this company.
