This joe's new balance outlet is a joke , my package got lost or missing. An no they have done nothing,but feel sorry they say on an email. I no refund,no we'll send you other pairs. No nothing. 👎, I should of saved my money. An not got anything with them, I just seen it on Freebie guy. I though it was a good deal.

Shoes I bought were not even delivered yet and I see that the price on the same pair of shoes were reduced. Tried to get a partial refund and they would rather you return the item and re-order the same item. Makes no logical sense. On top of that, they want you to pay for return shipping.Update: Moments after ending the chat, I received an email from NB that I was sent a partial refund for the difference. Raising my review to 3 stars as a customer should not have to jump through hoops and file a complaint in order for the company to do the logical thing. Do better, please.

This has been a terrible experience. I was sent the wrong pair of shoes and the company has completely failed to take responsibility. I sent the requested photos multiple times as proof, yet they repeatedly claim they never received anything. This feels dishonest and like an excuse to avoid resolving the issue. No real solution has been offered. The agent made no effort to help and simply repeated the same scripted response over and over. I do not recommend this company.

Ordered two shoes as Christmas gifts well before their holiday shipping deadline.On 12/23 I was told they are sending me a refund and cannot send out the shoes.Customer service did not even apologize, they basically said 'this is how it is'.Don't shop here.

Awful company. My order has been on process for 5 full days. I asked if they can cancel my order so I can repurchase it, I was told NO. They want to me buy another pair, but they will charge me for return.Bring your business somewhere else.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years and they never disappoint.Even the high end made in America shoes will occasionally surface.Customer service is excellent.I do not understand the negative comments.I had an issue today with a confusing to me pricing concern and it was resolved to my satisfaction.This is the absolute best location to purchase New Balance shoes and accessories. I just bought a pair of incredible New York Marathon branded shoes there at an incredible price.

I requested to cancel my order within three hours of placing it, yet it still hasn't been shipped. However, the company claims they cannot cancel the order and does not offer free returns. If they plan to charge for return shipping, they should allow customers to cancel orders that haven't been shipped. This will be my last time ordering from this site. You can find the same price with better customer service and a more generous return policy.

I will NEVER buy from here again! The colors on the website are off and when I tried to return them I was supposed to pay for my own shipping label. $30!!! You crazy….so no if you need to return stuff don’t buy from here!

I purchased my shoes online November 15th. On November 19, 4 days later, I got an email for a black friday sale; the same shoes were on sale. Spoke to a rep who told me that I would have to return the shoes which were just delivered today, and ship them back. And I could purchase the same shoes at the sale price. Why would I pay money to send shoes back then buy the same pair at a discount?
