Take your time to go thru EVERYTHING!
The products I have received in the past have been wonderful - the web site has awesome items and as I have just ordered and not received my items yet I am just as excited as I have always been. They are always fun and worth the price and quality.

Great selection of wall sconces. Website displays several pictures and the dimensional info. given is very complete. Shipping was fast! Only 4 days from placement of order to receipt of sconces.

Furniture quality and ease of fitting…
Furniture quality and ease of fitting pieces together good. Once assembled chairs did not sit flat. Can more be added to directions to assure that. Also, allen wrench provided handle was too short to apply sufficient torque to tighten screws.

Flawless delivery and products!
The products were delivered with no delay and on schedule. The boxes were not torn up and the product inside was not dented, scratched or broken. Everything was done as planned and as I expected. Thumbs up to Josh and Main and the delivery people. The products are beautiful. Just like I hoped they would be.

If you want it done right, do it yourself
I subscribed to the newsletter specifically to receive a coupon, but when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. I contacted customer service, and they told me not to check out because they would assist me manually with the purchase. However, they never followed through or completed the order.In the end, I had to place the order myself, and by that time, the items I originally wanted were already out of stock. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
