On a few occasions, I've reached out to JOVS customer service ranging from general questions to product information, and I must say that I'm impressed with their quick response and their willingness to go the extra mile. I feel that they genuinely care about their customers! And that, unfortunately, is not common these days!While the products that they sell are of high-quality without having to spend thousands at a beauty salon, it's their customer service that has guaranteed that I will be a lifelong customer! I ordered a product. A email confirmation came the next day with a tracking number for "YUNEXPRESS". I contacted by chat (only available way to talk with them) the noted company after no tracking information was available. They provided me with a credit card form so they could charge me for the information. There is also no way to contact JOVS, except by email. No response

I asked for a return within 1 day of receiving the item, and they refused. Very untrustworthy, if you expect to get your money back, they won't allow it. Had to file fraud with my bank in order to be refunded.
