Just received my dress and I’m absolutely in love 🤍The quality is truly великолепное — every detail feels so well made and luxurious. Misleading and unethical practices
I purchased for the first time from this company on March 13. All items other than one were full price. I made sure to check the return policy, which states:“ Q: Is my return eligible for a refund?A: Full priced items qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.”I did not read on, as my order fell into that category. It isn’t until you read further into the policy that actually, that’s a complete lie - full price items are not eligible for return if a promo code is used. This is beyond misleading and is clearly used to fool people. Why such a bizarre policy that I completely outside the standard for retail? These are still full priced items; a promo just took a discount off the total.Regardless, I emailed asking for a one time exception to make a return back to my form of payment. I ordered a few more items than I typical would I have so that I could get an idea of the materials and fit. And I liked the items! It’s just that only one dress fit me. At the time of me asking this request, I still planned to order in the future especially is they offered kind and reasonable customer service in this matter.After multiple emails, they refuse. I am asking for a small return and refund, around $200, and they refuse to work with me.I have now reported to BBB and attorney general and am working my way through reviews and social media. Really disgusting and misleading practices. Don’t gaslight customers into thinking this is normal when you are clearly phrasing your verbiage to fool them and be misleading.

The clothes I have purchased from there have been great quality and just as pictured on the website. The product descriptions have been reliable. The size guide is accurate and they always mention if something runs small or large.
