Odd that they have resurfaced
I understood that this company had gone into administration. Cannot understand why they are still trading & offering products for sale on the website. Buyer beware, my experience dealing with this company was unpleasant & its deeply troubling that they continue to trade. Be careful when you purchase on line, what they advertise is not neccessarily what you might receive.

Placed an order with a gift card
Placed an order with a gift card, however now they've been taken over they won't honour the previously issued gift card, you'd think they'd want to get customer back on hoard not alienate them.

Unsurprisingly now in administration.
Unsurprisingly now in administration.I purchased a high end / high value watch in August and have been fobbed off ever since. Clearly a fraudulent operation. Watch has never arrived. Communication has been virtually non existent and it is clear it was a scam. All communications I had (after chasing relentlessly) were lies and promises of imminent dispatch were made to deceive me. I hope those staff who told these lies feel atleast a little guilt and remorse at being complicit in theft.I have now had to start legal proceedings.

Very poor customer care
Once the sale was completed, they completely disappeared. No one answers calls or replies to emails anymore. I was in contact with Ellis, who was very kind and helpful up until payment was made—after that, every message was ignored. Customer care is extremely poor and disappointing.
