What a filthy scamming vile company…
What a filthy scamming vile company this is.Not a member do not have there app on phone and never ever used them.Last night they tried to scam my card twice for £24.92 x 2. I have never used them ever.Dirty filthy total scammers.Avoid like the plague.Imagine what they are capable off if they do have all your details Fortunately my bank refused them lol but still made me angry and took up an hour of my sunday morning.Rang them totally not interested just upset there scams did not work.If anybody wants to know how they got my email to even attempt the scam.I used the site Watchfinder you know the one which is safe to use to buy and sell watches see tv advert.Well a couple of years ago they had a major security leak and a lot of there customers details ended up on the dark web another scummy company to avoid like the plague.

Wrong order delivered and refused to refund
It is the first time I tried Just Eat for food delivery. I ordered 3 McDonald's breakfast meals (Mc Griddles, Mc Muffins) and a breakfast wrap. They sent me wrong order (2 pancakes with sausage). None of the items delivered match what I ordered. Contacted Just Eat showing them evidence but they refused to refund me without a proper explanation. Terrible company and disgusting customer service. Never use again!!

Never again
Ordered a McDonald's delivery last night as a treat for my granddaughter and her friend, the food arrived cold! Just Eat have refused a refund. Never again

All our drinks were missing from the…
All our drinks were missing from the order x 4, we asked the driver and he just shrugged his shoulders and said claim on uber. Emailed and went to app and NO REPLY, but email to ask how they did? When not even a reply!!! This order was for my son’s birthday treat with his 3 friends, I tried to call the restaurant to see if I could collect? And no answer, I drove to the store to ask if could collect for them to expect to buy again 😡 this is shocking customer service! Furthermore, the food was cold, the bags are paper and both split, looks like way drinker handled them, so they were open and good was cold! I would like a full refund, and I won’t be using again!! Shocking!

Will never use again, COMPLETE SCAM
Will never use again! Made an order and waited over and hour for it to arrive. Contacted Just Eat and was met but bots saying it wasn’t possible, complete SCAM

Cold food
I ordered Greggs pizza and wedges It took a long time for the drive to deliver when it arrived with the food The wedges were cold the pizza was warm a bit Just eat AI refunded £1.85 and I can't change my review on the app Completely stupid I'd say

Just Eat sent me a wrong order
Just Eat sent me a wrong order, I rang Macdonlds to let them know what had happened, I was advised to order my meal again which i did and to get in touch with Just Eat through the App for a refund. I emailed Just Eat through the complaints section to explain what had happened and sent Photo images of the order which wasn't mine as proof. They emailed me back the next day to say they will not be refunding me with no explanation. I emailed back again to say that I had sent photo evidence as proof that they didn't send the right order and could they explain why they are not giving me a refund. I got another email back again saying that they are not refunding me, again with explanation! All the evidence was there, my order number and photo evidence of the wrong order. This is shocking customer service. I have decided to take this further. I will not be recommending Just Eat and will never order anything from them again.
