Terrible terrible terrible. Placed an order for food and at 9pm got told they couldn't get it to me. Just awful.

I got the wrong order delivered. The stuff that showed up wasn't something I could use, so I tossed it. I reached out immediately but they won't give me my money back. Their support team has been really disappointing. I'm done with them for sure. Total letdown.

These days almost all restaurants seem to have perfect ratings when they used to average around 2 stars. Had a burger delivered the other day that arrived cold because of the way orders are batched with other services. The system says items are out for delivery but drivers are handling multiple orders, so food sits and gets cold while they maximize deliveries. Then they offer you something like two pounds for a pricier item. It's the same story with most places. Another time I got sent the wrong food due to allergies, which was serious.

I do a lot of quick shopping through the supermarkets available on this platform. Most of them work really well, though Asda occasionally comes up short with missing items. My top picks are definitely Morrison's and Sainsbury's - they keep excellent inventory. The delivery drivers who show up at my door are always really helpful. When issues do pop up with the stores themselves, the company handles them professionally and gets things sorted fast. Very happy overall.
