Placed a very large order for freezers…

Placed a very large order for freezers and refriderators. One of the refirdgerators had three damaged doors. They replaced the doors after repeated contact but will not pay the labor to install them. Customer service doesn't respond in timely manner and it seems just doesn't care. If anyone places an order do not except unless you inspect 100%. I will never buy a product from this company again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I reached out 14 times (documented) and they still never resolved my issue. Shipping was extremely slow and the products were of poor quality. Their return date is within 30 days of the date of the invoice, not of the date the items are received. Would not recommend.

Extremely frustrating experience

I honestly regret ordering from this company. What looked like a straightforward purchase turned into a complete headache. The item arrived much later than promised, and when it finally showed up, it wasn’t even what I ordered. Trying to get help was even worse — slow responses, no clear answers, and zero accountability.What really shocked me was the return process. It feels designed to discourage customers from even trying. Between restocking fees and shipping costs, you end up losing a huge portion of your money.Overall, this was one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, unreliable delivery, and a very unfriendly return policy. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before taking the risk.

Will give the run around. Don’t use.

“Your case is still being actively worked on, and we’re currently waiting on an update from the manufacturer regarding the replacement parts. As soon as we have more information, our team will be in touch with you.”The product is an exclusive from Katom. Haha. Update from manufacturer… you are the manufacturer… it’s legs for a product sold exclusively by Katom. At this point, please respond by Tuesday, or I will be contacting attorney generals office for consumer protection and FTC for fraud. What an absolute joke. Do NOT Use. Been 5 months now. I just want the part that I paid for.

I ordered a pan that was delivered late and I immediately returned it for a refund. I’ve been waiting almost 100 days for my refund, with several inquiries without response and complaints filed with the Attorney General.As to the reply, I did not receive a check dated January 7, 2025.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a very large amount of items (Price tag wise) from KaTom and my sales person was like a used car salesman. I asked them to EXACT quote me on a list of items I wanted to purchase from a different store and I trusted they were doing just that...well it turns out I had to catch a couple of the items and inquire about them (like, hey, IS THIS an exact match-is this what I want?)...turns out nope, it's not (thankfully I caught it before purchasing). Was schmoozed over by my sales person and at one point HIS BOSS, so I thought I would be good to give them a chance and order more... Well turns out I ordered 2 of the same items that were said to be what I wanted-and they are not. Now I can't return them and they won't credit me either or answer any of my calls or emails. If I could give a negative star I would-and if you take anything from this review PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE FIRST FOR YOUR PURCHASES!!!!

I would never recommend KaTom to…

I would never recommend KaTom to anyone, and will never order from them again. I ordered sa 40oz Glass Blender that was a recommended replacement for my Waring blender. Unfortunately, the blade assembly was completely different.. so I returned it within a few days. I was charged $87.93 for the replacement....tax: $6.48...$26.18 shipping..total:$120.59...as if that wasn't enuf, I was only refunded $70.81?????? Seriously, they claimed the balance for restocking fees. Massive rip-off !!! Bugger KaTom!!!

Best experience

I have made two large purchases for work this year and Devan Parrott has been amazing! So helpful, fast and gave me great pricing.I normally have always used Webstaurant to get kitchen items for my job but KaTom has beat all prices, delivery has been clean and super fast, and Devan is always so quick to respond and help with whatever I have needed.

They are getting a 1 star because I can’t give a zero. Customer service unable to give answers. Always leave you waiting for a call back or an email with your resolution. Not worth the effort I have put into dealing with this company

Title: Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs!​"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered kitchen equipment for my new restaurant opening, clearly stating the urgent deadline for city inspections. They missed the first date, forcing me to delay my opening by 2 weeks. Then they missed the second date, and the delay stretched to over a month.​When I confronted them, they simply said, 'We don't know' and told me to contact the delivery company myself. When I tried to cancel the order due to their breach of contract, they threatened me with a 25% restocking fee, claiming the items were already shipped (which was another lie).​Because of their extreme negligence, I had to pay a full month of rent and staff salaries without being able to open. They have stopped responding to my calls and emails. If you are a business owner, DO NOT buy from them. They will ruin your schedule and cost you thousands of dollars."
