amazing quality! worth your money. quick delivery!
i am extremely satisfied with their performance. their pieces are great quality and last long. the silver is non tarnishing which is a big hit for me. they delivered super fast! even sooner than the delivery date! and this happened every time, and i order a lot! returning is no hassle. exchanging and repair is annoying because you have to go down to the store. overall I'm very happy and will definitely be back soon!!

Today, 2/24/2026, my wife and I visited Kay Jewelers at the Waterloo Premium Outlets in Waterloo, NY. We went there to confirm the purchase of a ring. Weeks ago my wife went to another Kay Jewelers location for the 6 month warranty inspection. They could not find a record of any of our three purchases. Finally they found records of 2 of the 3. Fortunately for us today Liuda was working at the Waterloo Location. She tried several different ways to locate our purchase and finally confirmed that we had indeed purchased the third ring in 2024. She then was successful in adding it to my profile hopefully for all the stores to see. Finally, Liuda inspected all of our rings. We thank Liuda for her time, patience and diligence in helping to find the information we needed.

I had to take the time to do this review. My husband & I have been a customer for 25 plus years. My husband purchased items for me for Xmas. Which I had a situation w one the items/earrings.My husband reached out to manager at Whitehall, PA. Hoping to resolve the situation. The manager w no hesitation resolved the situation. My tears dried up and I feel so much better. She didn’t have to do what she did. I will forever be thankful for how she went above and beyond. Thank you so so much.

Needed to get a stone replaced, the customer service was great! Rex from the Elmira location was able to get everything we needed quickly even though the system was giving him some trouble. Very professional and helpful from start to finish!

Went to Stroudsburg store, the salesperson , manager and others were very polite, helped me pick out a diamond ring, it came in a day before they said, Wife loves the ring, Price was good, will return, Thank you. Enjoy the popcorn. LOL

🖼️-The best "Sales" advice isn't about money. It’s about Mercy-🖼️💍-I’ve been thinking a lot about a recent experience at Summit Mall. Two weeks ago,I went in looking "rough" twice. I mean just out of the gym I believe my shirt had a hot sauce stain on it... It was bad.....💍-One person, Jaime, treated me like I was the most important person in the room both times. She didn't know "The Don" was under the gym clothes—she just knew how to treat a human being.A few days ago I popped in and bought a watch the next day bought a ring and I'm actually headed there now to buy a chain.♠️-If you treat a person like a millionaire, they’ll act like one. But more importantly, if you treat a person with mercy and kindness, you win a customer for life. Shoutout to Jaime for seeing the man, not the outfit.♠️-We always say we treat the janitor and the CEO the same, but Jaime actually lives it. Because she treated me like a millionaire when I looked like a wreck, I walked back in as THE DON and bought the entire store...Go see Jaime summit mall 10❌-The lesson? Treat everyone like there’s an election tomorrow and they’re the only vote that matters.
