I felt like I had to share this. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over twenty five years. For the holidays he got me some pieces, and I ran into an issue with one of the earrings. When my husband contacted the manager at our local store, she jumped right in to help without hesitation and fixed the problem. My frustration melted away and I feel so much better now. She really didn't have to go the distance she did. I'll be forever grateful for how she stepped up and took care of us. Thanks so much.

The assistant store manager at the Wilson, North Carolina location helped me out and made my entire visit fantastic. She really understood the merchandise inside and out, knew what I was looking for right away, and turned my shopping trip into something truly special. Definitely planning to come back and do business again soon. Much appreciated!

I won't be taking my jewelry back to Kay's for any work ever again. Not only do they cut corners on repairs, but the watch broke again the very next day after I picked it up. I sent it back a second time and specifically asked them to replace the piece instead of fixing it again, and they went ahead and repaired it anyway. The whole thing sat there for almost a month with zero updates or communication from anyone on staff. All they seemed interested in doing was trying to push new merchandise on me. I'm telling everyone I know to shop elsewhere and definitely don't use Kay's for repairs. It's clear all they care about is selling you something new rather than actually taking care of what you need fixed.

Purchased through a cashback platform after following all the instructions perfectly - no third party apps or promotional codes used - and Kay Jewelers refused to honor my cashback claim without providing any real reason. The platform confirmed they never received a commission, making it clear Kay isn't following through on their partner agreements. This feels dishonest and really disrespectful to people shopping legitimately. I've already contacted my state's attorney general's office about this and the platform itself. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Want to shout out Elian at the Wind Creek Mall outlet for being such a pro when we brought in my wife's wedding ring for fixing - it was missing a couple of diamonds. Seeing my wife's face light up when she got her ring back looking brand new was everything. Elian went way beyond what we expected. Really looking forward to working with him again in the future.

My wife and I went in for two Bulova watches and to get her a replacement wedding band. The associate Felicia took great care of us. I've purchased her first promise ring set there before with matching earrings and necklace, plus her engagement ring. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. I'd recommend them over anyone else. We shop at the Tuscaloosa location and we'll continue going there for all our jewelry needs.

She gave us tons of options that matched our budget and was incredibly thoughtful about helping us pick something right. Never once did we feel rushed or like she was just trying to close a sale.
