After they help you once
After they help you once, they will never ever help again, but will continue to take your money and then tell you they can't help....lying, greedy @** people period...Go somewhere else please

Don’t Waste your Time and Money!
Waited for 4 hours (past my appointment time) and paid $73 for them to not help me at all. Such a scam and waste of time. I don’t know where this originates, but it’s definitely not from the US. Went to another provider site afterwards, and it was so much better. Don’t waste your time or money!

I’m not sure the doctor I was given understands the antibiotic treatment for my strep throat. Standard is 10 days treatment and I was only given a 3 days supply. I need help resolving this.

The appointment with a primary to get…
The appointment with a primary to get an advair refill was smooth. However I was traveling and experiencing issues with my ear and I reached out and sat in queue for 6 hours only to be disconnected and start all over. So frustrating and why don’t you have a timer that gives some idea of how long the wait is ???

The doctor was great, but waiting 4-1/2 hours and being told 1 hour was terrible!
My meeting with the doctor was a great experience and she was very helpful. The wait for service was horrible! The app said the wait would be at most a little over one hour. I did not hear back from the doctor until 4-1/2 hours later! This is not a typo. I did not get updates on how long it would be either. I actually thought you took my money and ran. I began to wonder if I was scammed.
