Cheryl in Nottingham store is wonderful
Nottingham store has fantastic service. Special mention to Cheryl who went above and beyond to help an autistic adult feel safe & secure when overwhelmed then recognising them months later & stopping to chat.

Just The Glazed
I recently had Krispy Kreme Doughnuts as a birthday treat to myself.Let's just say that I wish my birthday came more than once a year.I stuck to the original glazed.I saw all the other options available,but to me they are just like those other coffee-shop/pastry places.Only Krispy Kreme can do the regular glazed right.I know that the company is trying to be trendy with all the rest of the places. But if it ain't broke,don't fix it. Just Give Me Original Glazed.

Never been a fan of ai and never will
Never been a fan of ai and never will. Do the board of this company seriously think it's a good idea to replace the people? Horrible idea by horrible people. Never buying from here again lol

Krispy Kreme Ai
The individual helping me was so sweet, but that Ai drive-thru system needs to go. Had to repeat my clearly stated order a few times, then the system charged me more than the actual cost. It stated that my order would be a little over $14 but it ended up only being a little over $11.

horrible workplace
this place is horrible poor leadership bad communication bullying i have been working here 3 years perfect attendance i have reported to my lsm multiple times that a younger driver keeps trying to bully and attack me my lsm keeps ignoring the issue he keeps assigning this guy to ride with me i feel like im being bullied and forced to resign im not the only one

THIS COMPANY DONATES!!
THIS COMPANY DONATES!!This company donated to us hurricane Helene victims for months -every Wednesday. They brought massive loads of prepackaged donuts, original, chocolate, mini assorted and many other types to choose of assorted doughnut favorites. Krispy Kreme even donated boxes of their specialty donuts. Thank you Krispy Kreme for not forgetting about Western, North Carolina. God bless you all!

Dalton, Georgia uses bare hands touching food...
I went to the location in Dalton, Georgia today and I had to take a short video of it. One of the employees was handling fresh donuts with his bare hands, handing them 1 by 1 to an employee that WAS wearing gloves. He never tried reaching for gloves at any time this was unsanitary and downright nasty. I changed my mind about purchasing anything. As I was leaving, he stepped out to smoke. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again and I posted the video on Facebook for all to see. This is ridiculous! How could he even think this was okay? And the manager was there, several feet away and never said a word to him. I'll be posting the video on other social media sites as well because this is unacceptable!!!

Disappointed in their collaboration…
Disappointed in their collaboration with JK Rowling and Harry Potter. Clearly shows where their values are in supporting the degradation of transgender and women's' rights.Will not purchase these going forward, though have in the past.
