The delivery took forever and then returning the items cost me over $11. Their return policy is awful and they only give you store credit instead of actual refunds. I won't be ordering from them again.

I haven't been able to purchase anything because the right sizes keep running out. Especially with bras, they always seem to have odd sizes left over. Either the cup size you want isn't in your band size, or vice versa. They advertise the same items repeatedly but never restock the sizes people actually need.

I called to place an order and specifically asked an agent to confirm Saturday delivery availability. I paid extra for this service. When delivery day came I had to contact them to find out the package wouldn't arrive because they suddenly had a surge in orders. I'm leaving for vacation and now I'm stuck coordinating a pickup and dealing with their return process. Plus I have to scramble to find replacement items elsewhere. This is your problem to fix, not mine, yet here I am doing your job for you.

The swimsuit and dress I got were both really nice quality. The only problem is I ordered the wrong size. Their return process is a pain. They claim returns are free but then charge you over $6 for a shipping label. I'd suggest getting your own tracking number instead. It's been two weeks since I sent it back and they still haven't processed it. At least when I called I got to talk to someone on the phone.
