High price and pushy sales rep.
We had an appointment and the sales rep was a little late. Then he makes measurements, goes to his vehicle for about 20 minutes. When he returns he shows us extremely high estimated cost. Then he began to talk trash about the house. What we should and should not do. He makes an offer good for that day only. Then he states that he won't come back. That was enough. I told him thanks for coming by. He goes to his vehicle and leaves. Good bye and good riddance. The prices were outrageous and the sales rep was very insulting. It doesn't matter to me if the company is a thousand dollar company or billion dollar company. No one and I mean no one is going to come on my property and insult my wife and I. There's no offer that Leaf Filter could make that I would accept. If I could rate them with less than one star I would. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Great service
I had LeafFilter replace a short length of downspout that had blown off during a storm. I thought the job was completed properly, but three months later I realized it was not correct. I contacted the company on Friday and they came and corrected the problem on Monday. Both times I had contact with the company and/employees they were cordial, prompt and very easy to work with. I would have no qualms working with them again.

The team showed up at 8am sharp. Never stopped. Got the old off the new on. They cleaned up,were very professional. The job looks great. Keep this crew busy!

High pressure sales tactics
High pressure sales tactics, price dropped significantly each time I said no. It was down to about half of the first number they threw out the last I heard from them. I will not deal with any company that employs such sales techniques.

Lifetime Guarantee
After a bit of a hickup concerning the existing gutters on my house, I got a great product that's guaranteed for life. I don't have to worry about getting on my roof (and falling off) to clean pine needles from my gutters. I live adjacent to a natural area with a lot of tall pine trees and can now feel confident that I have a relatively maintenance fee system to keep my gutters from clogging up.

This company way overcharges when you…
This company way overcharges when you ask why they come up with prices have increased since 2001 to now. Yes materials have gone up it there is no way that one gutter that is 5 inches in width and at 30 feet should cost 2100 I got it down to 1265 and that was a fight. First saw ad in Facebook they said 75 off but they didn’t know anything about that ad but reluctantly gave me that deal. The tech who was excellent was here less than an hour. The area manager would not give me a breakdown of the costs of the material or what the installation cost was just sent me the speal of price going up.i rate this company a 4 they target seniors they overpriced everything

Company ghosts you after you need repairs.
Installation is great. And you’ll have a lot of contact from your sales manager. However, the second you need repairs, the company will completely ghost you. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get a technician to come repair gutters and have been stood up multiple times. Servicing just “sends an email” to the local office and you never heard back. The worst part is I can’t get any other company to come fix because of how Niche Leaf Filter products are. Wish I had never installed them.

If they return your call
The product was great and it got installed as ordered by one person in the rain in Feb in ohio. Can't really seal gutters in the rain. Then when I ask them to repair a gutter- it took a bit to get and estimate but then Dale Osmun the cleveland install manager would never return my calls or emails. This was 3 month and still no reply.
