Really let down by Leaf Filter. Had a rep visit for a quote since I was planning a roof replacement. I made it clear to the rep that I wanted to hold off because of the upcoming roof work. He kept pushing and said no problem, that their lifetime warranty would take care of everything and they'd work with me on the gutters. Fast forward five months and now that my new roof is being installed, they're suddenly asking for $300 to modify things for the new roof. Total bait and switch. I feel misled, and their reps were way too pushy and willing to say whatever it took to close the deal. Now I'm skeptical about the whole warranty they promised. Won't be going with them.

This is one of those good news bad news situations where the people and service get five stars but the price gets two. The sales manager walked through everything well and gave a clear, detailed presentation. However the pricing is rough. For about three hours of labor just to put covers over my current gutters they charged forty dollars per foot, and that's already with all their special offers applied. Even factoring in the lifetime warranty and the fact that you can transfer it to future owners, it still seems way overpriced. I was hoping for a few thousand dollars total, not several. The product itself is excellent which is why I went ahead despite the cost, knowing there's nothing else on the market quite like it to shop around for.

This crew called Little Monster Gutters did fantastic work. Super friendly and they had patience with all my questions without getting annoyed. They came to do a job and they got it done right. Avery was incredibly patient, professional, and really knew his stuff. He walked me through so many different features and even took time to save a few of my favorite light combinations in my phone so I could reference them later. They were meticulous with their work and this was in twenty five degree weather. Both Avery and Ryan are outstanding.

Pleasantly surprised by how great everyone was to work with. Mark came out for the free estimate and was really knowledgeable, doing a careful inspection of our current gutters. He took photos and explained the benefits and installation process in a way that was easy to understand. My wife had some doubts about whether it made financial sense. After Mark talked with Jim, the manager, we got a fair price, though they did ask us to commit that day. My wife wanted to think about it. About a week later Jim reached out again with an even better price but asked for a quick decision. My wife said yes, and Pedro showed up the next day to install everything. He was personable and thorough, examining both the gutters and roof before beginning. He handled the entire installation solo and finished strong. Before he left he showed us before and after photos of the cleaned gutters and newly installed filters. When I had a question about warranty registration I called customer service and they were super helpful addressing my concerns.

Absolutely deserves a 6 star rating. Avery and Ryan from the installation crew did phenomenal work replacing our home's gutters. The quality of the installation is outstanding, the knowledge they brought was impressive, and they paid attention to every little detail. Both guys were courteous and made sure the place was spotless when they left. You don't see this kind of professionalism very often. They arrived right on schedule and worked steadily until everything was done. I'd recommend this team in a heartbeat for gutter work. LeafFilter definitely lives up to the hype. We needed to swap out some gutters before listing our house, and honestly the whole thing went smooth. Gutters aren't exciting, but they were necessary for us. Sales pitch wasn't painful, and the installation crew was incredible - super fast and knew what they were doing. My only tiny gripe was a couple of the workers smoking outside, and they left some cigarette butts near where they parked their truck and gear. Not a huge deal since they were outside, but I did have to do some cleanup. I'm really splitting hairs here. Cost isn't the lowest out there, but I can't think of a better product available, and our house actually looks nicer now.
