I’m extremely disappointed with my…
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Ledger’s affiliate program.Our affiliate account was suddenly closed due to what we believe were incorrect accusations, and since then, we have completely lost access to our account and our earned commissions. Despite sending multiple emails to their support team, we have not received any response.We're now receiving notifications that our commissions are about to expire, but we can't withdraw them due to the account restriction.This situation feels unfair, especially given the genuine effort we have put into promoting their products. The lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning.I hope Ledger takes this seriously, reviews such cases properly, and provides timely support to its affiliates instead of leaving them without answers.
