The Issues: First, their connection to the Changelly swap service is problematic since that platform has been widely reported to freeze accounts and then request extra documentation even after customers already provided it, leading to disputes. While they've started adding different swap options, they seem to remove complaints about Changelly from their community, calling it third party while still earning referral fees in crypto, which feels like a money grab. Second, they should support more cryptocurrency types for people who want different options.
