I loved watching long forgotten…
I loved watching long forgotten moments. Shipping was easy with simple instructions to prep my media. I appreciated the updates once my box arrived at the Legacybox facility. My only complaint would be the time frame. I am impatient.

One Terrible Experience
Bait & switch pricing. Very poor quality work. Bad customer service. What's to like about this organization? I will be trying someone else for the remainder of our videos.

I was so worried and scared to send off…
I was so worried and scared to send off my video tapes of my children growing up. But everything went smoothly and it is so fun to see all those family memories again! Wonderful service!

We felt every emotion watching our memories
I was so nervous and excited to use their service. Sending off the only memories I had was nerve-wracking. I was so happy with the results!!! My family and I sat down to watch the videos. It l brought out laughs, cries, and every emotion in between. I was able to order when they had a sale. I can honestly say that the original price for each tape is really high. I have a lot more items to send, but I will only do it for a discount. I have already told my friends and family about this service! Thank you for helping us relive such precious memories!!

Easy process
Easy process, you place your order, they send you the kit, easy instructions, ship back and wait. Routine updates go on what you sent. Quality was excellent, my vhs tapes were over 30 years old, but now they are preserved forever.Will definitely be using Legacy Box again.

Everything was explained and laid out for us. Took a while but was told that and expected. Wish there was a way to digitally enhance our stuff cause it was older but not disappointed. Thank you. Wonderful Experience
All the specifics were laid out in an organized way. It was so easy to organize my tapes, pack them up and send them off. I never worried about anything. I was notified when my tapes arrived at LegacyBox, when they were ready for viewing, and when they would be returned. I can highly recommend LegacyBox. It was so good to be able to review our videos and relive the memories. Thank you.
