I think legal shield sucks
We were going to drop our membership after 25+ years since we never used it and couldn't forsee a time when we would. After about 10 days my wife convinced me we should keep it. Not one payment was missed or even postponed. When I called them I was told we would retain the 600 courtroom hours we had accumulated. Fast forward 3 months. A legal matter came up and what a surprise..." We can't help you with that ". You are on a new subscription, you've lost ALL your courtroom hours. When I asked the lady I was talking to about what the previous lady told me she said... well she must not have known what she was saying. Yes, I'll be contacting the Attorney General.Use ANYONE ELSE!Ron
