When I reached out to customer service, all I get are cookie-cutter responses saying there are delays, and I have to follow up multiple times just to get some kind of answer. I ordered this well ahead of time as a gift for my buddy's birthday, and it's now way too late to arrive for the occasion. The whole thing has been a letdown, and the team hasn't shown any real concern about how much this has inconvenienced me. Now I'm trying to just get my order canceled and my money back, but good luck actually connecting with anyone who can help with that lol
