I tried to cancel an order and the chat…

I tried to cancel an order and the chat bot demanded a 10-digit order number that my order number, copy-and-pasted, wasn't good enough for. I found a link to cancel the order instead and instead of cancelling the order I was told I would hear from them within three days about the status of the order. There is no option to chat with a human.

Lenovo Can't / Won't Process Refunds

Bought a lighted sound bar from Lenovo Pro for Business Canada. Used Lenovo Rewards and money. Item was shipped, never arrived at my office, was refused delivery somewhere and returned by UPS to Lenovo. Got an email with that info, stating refunds for money and rewards would be done shortly. Two and a half months later, four phone calls, no resolution. Each time customer rep said they were upgrading and migrating their refund system, and to expect refund within five to seven business days. Exact same response each time. Each rep promised they would escalate my issue and get it resolved quickly. Easy to make promises, but it seems Lenovo can't process a refund ever. No way to escalate on the phone, no managers available. Exceptionally poor service, I have stopped buying Lenovo products for the schools I provide IT services to. Buyer beware if you ever need a refund, just wave bye-bye to your money...

Unfortunate loyalty

Old company that I feel like is just trying to hang on lol. I've ordered from them for the last 14ish years, starting with a laptop. I've sort of been loyal to them for gear ever since. I still use their peripherals and i have both original laptops I ordered years and years ago+ a legion go I ordered more recently. All 3 products still function as intended. I did have to send my legion Go to support for fan replacement, and it wasn't the greatest experience. But they did fix it, free of charge. Though I fear if it was anything more than that, it would've been a nightmare. Both based on the reviews and the feeling i got during my experience. I give it 3 stars though because all the peripherals i ordered through them, a lot of Lenovo specific stuff, still works great. Just unfortunate that they seem to have been on a downward trend for a while now. Would still order peripherals, just not a whole computer / laptop

I bought the Lenovo Idea Tab 11"…

I bought the Lenovo Idea Tab 11" because it was great value but most importantly, it had a headphone jack. I had previously used a Samsung tablet which I really liked but their newer models don't have a headphone jack (which is necessary for my purposes). There are some design choices I didn't like but nothing I could not get used to. My main beef with the tablet is the bloatware!! When setting up the tablet, it tries to get you to install a bunch of apps that you don't want...fine, I see I can just unselect them and they won't be installed right? No, not at all!! They still installed the apps that I had unselected, that is some super shady stuff Lenovo. Not only that but I had to go through the same process again when the tablet updated itself to the newest version. If this happens one more time I am about ready to file a formal complaint, this is unacceptable!!

Where's My Refund?!

Cancelled order. Never delivered. No refund.I purchased a monitor from Lenovo on December 26, 2025. The order was cancelled before delivery, and the product never reached me. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop of false promises.Every call ends the same way: “3–5 business days.” Dates come and go. On January 25, I was told the refund was processed on January 16. That wasn’t true. Later I was told January 28. Still nothing.On January 31, a supervisor refused to take my call. When I pushed again, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes.Lenovo says refunds won’t take more than 30 days. Mine has exceeded that, for an order I never received. I’ve now filed a BBB complaint and initiated a fraud charge through my bank.This isn’t a shipping issue anymore. It’s a customer service failure.

Avoid buying from Lenove! Buy it localy if you like the product! Its not worth it!

Bought a Legion Pro 5 end of last year. Laptop kept crashing on me and the screen froze a lot, i contacted support, the first person handling the repair was professional (Zain). The next person who handle the shipping (Lavesh Nair) replacement is a nightmare. It will take him more than 24 hours to reply, he wont do anything unless you ask. I had to confirm the pickup location which he had already confirmed few days ago. I hae paid for $2000 course, and they have been holding my laptop for a month! Unbelievably unprofessional!

Sales, tech support and device are seriously lacking

Ordered a laptop. Initial delivery time was 2-3 weeks. 24h after ordering it became 4 months. Cancelled order and ordered a slightly different configuration which a sales rep had configured for me. Received the device after 3 weeks. Battery driver broken. GPU crashes regularly.Opened support case, advice to return. 14 day return period had passed so this wasn't possible. Got an exceptional return approval but had to contact Lenovo sales to get an actual return label. First interaction with support promised me a label in 2-3 days. Didn't receive it. Second interaction with support told me I wasn't eligible for a return until I extensively explained the entire endeavor. Again got promised a return label in 2-3 days. We have been weeks after diagnosing the initial problem. I paid for premium support. Hope I can eventually return it but nothing from service to product has been adequate.

Defect in the display hinges

I would like to share my negative experience with a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5.After just over two years of normal and careful use, a serious defect occurred in the display hinges, including cracks in the casing. Lenovo refused any goodwill support and offered only a paid repair, stating that the warranty period had expired.This experience suggests poor build quality. Based on this, I cannot recommend Lenovo products and have decided to choose other brands in the future.I hope this feedback helps other customers make an informed decision.

Weak customer service

I bough headphone in The Nov and i returned that , many times i chat with them, they told me received the headphone in warehouse and manually return your money 7-8 business day but not happening , i fell stollen my money and try i am tired foe follow up, my time has valuable and every time to chat around a hour and never answer call, all the time in cali the machine said closed

Very unprofessional site/company – Pricing games and terrible service

I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I placed an order for a laptop, and just a few days later, the price dropped significantly. I contacted customer service immediately, only to be told they couldn't price match until I received the order—even though the item hadn't even shipped yet! After being kept on a call for nearly an hour, they finally agreed to the price match but demanded a screenshot of the new price. I sent it right away. Then they changed the rules again, telling me I had to add the item to my cart to "prove" the price. Surprise, surprise: as soon as I tried, the item showed as "temporarily unavailable." It felt like a total manipulation of their inventory to avoid honoring the sale price while they kept me trapped on the line. To make matters worse, when I finally requested a supervisor, the representatives became sarcastic and kept me on hold indefinitely. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
