I got 2 glasses made in the member ship. One of the glasses was correct. The frame of the other one was not correct. When I made it, I saw a problem and then the staff there stopped responding.I told them for refund, they told me we processed the refund in 15 days, it will come today 1 month but I still haven't received the refund and the staff is not coordinating with me. But they are not doing it, no revert.Very bad response..

Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life. Never trust this place with your eyes.They interchanged the power of my left and right eyes, which is a shocking and dangerous mistake for any optometrist or optical store. Because of their negligence, I suffered serious eye strain, headaches, blurred vision, and discomfort.This is not a small error—this is medical negligence that can permanently damage someone’s eyesight. It shows complete incompetence, lack of professionalism, and zero quality control.I completely lost trust in them. If you value your vision and health, avoid this place at all costs and get your prescription verified from a proper eye hospital or certified professional.Extremely disappointed, angry, and mentally stressed because of their carelessness.

THE worst customer experience. My son got his specs and in 3 months one of the arms came loose. My son took it to the store from where it was bought. The store guy said that he can try and fix it but it might break. My son asked why would it not be covered under warranty and he literally shouted on my son. I went to speak to him and the same reaction to me. And one of the staff was recording the interaction. I asked my son also to record. The sales person was so rude that I would not ever in my life buy another product from these arrogant people. So untrained to handle a customer complaint and making it feel like he is doing some favor to me. Thugs running the store. Unbelievable

Quality of reading glasses is pathetic. The frames are so fragile that they don't even last for 6 months. You know what is covered under one year warranty............the hinge screws, yes if they get loose then lenskart will tighten it for you as part of warranty.

Ridiculous service, business Infidelity, cheating business policies by LensKart. Do not waste money on Lenskart. This is just a hyped service. I bought pair of specs in September 25 with John Jacob Frame and Owndays glass from Dattanagar outlet in Bharati Vidhyapeet Pune . I had also purchased gold max pro subscription as they convinced me this will help you to get the free upgrade when there is addition in number. It costed around 15000 plus to me. When I got the delivery I was not comfortable with the vision using that spec. It was blurring out the intermediate view which is quite often and important being worked on Laptop continually. I reached out to store and they got convinced to create a exchange request. I got another spec but the problem even worsened. Again within return period I reached out to store with the complaint. After long discussion they created another exchange request as a quality issue. The executive said the replacement will not happen further. I got the spec third time and there was no little difference as compared to previous quality. I got fade up with the quality and frequent to and from store. I got depressed and I am not able to use spec continually. In Feb 26 when I reached out to a home service agent they visited my home and they verified all my desk positions and they took the measurements and verified the spec. They found the measurements taken earlier in the store was incorrect thats why I had been facing the problem. They created the exchange request and got approval but they were asking me to pay INR 2000 more. When I asked I got to know shocking business policies by LensKart.At the latest exchange request they changed my glass from wide to wider as they had discontinued wide glass due to business decision. Now they are saying we have already given you wider corridor glass which was not my ask, I just wanted my vision problem to resolve. The frame I had choosen earlier is also not available and I have to compromise on frame. The new frame I selected is INR 900 costlier than one I own. And the shocking part of it is the terms they told for Gold Max Pro earlier the 2 upgrades when eyesight change in future are already exhausted for exchanges they gave for their quality and measurement issue. I lost my INR 15000 without getting my concerns addressed and again I have to pay more to get the spec with corrected measurements which was their mistake. This is just a trap and Lemnskart is looting people getting them into their trap. Worst business strategy I saw till now.

I purchased spectacles from Lenskart (near Devachikanalli Road, Bommanahalli, Hongasandra). My eye test was done at the store, and I was given a proper eye report. However, the staff did not clearly inform me that since my eye power is high, the lenses would be very thick/bulky and that the selected frame would not be suitable.The staff assured me that the frame was fine and proceeded with the order. After receiving the spectacles, I noticed the lenses were clearly visible from outside and the fitting was improper. I immediately went back for a replacement.They gave me another product, but the same issue continued. The frame is very loose, and every time I wear it, it slips. The staff only tightens the screws and gives it back, but the problem repeats again.For the past four days, I have been repeatedly visiting the store, wasting my time, and still there is no proper solution or replacement provided. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.I also observed that customers are being asked to give positive reviews in exchange for money (₹150–₹200), which makes the online ratings misleading. Because of this, I strongly advise people not to trust the reviews blindly.Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with my recent lens replacement order at Lenskart.I ordered high-index 1.67 transition lenses with green tint for my -4.5 power prescription. When I received the lenses, it was immediately evident that they did not resemble high-index 1.67 lenses. The lens thickness and appearance looked like a regular -4.5 power lens, not a high-index one. I already own two spectacles with genuine 1.67 high-index lenses, so I clearly know what to expect.When I raised this concern at the store, instead of addressing it logically, the staff insisted that the new lenses were correct and claimed that my current spectacles must be 1.74, indirectly stating that my existing glasses were wrong. When I asked them to verify my current lenses (1.67 or 1.74) for comparison, they refused to check.I then asked for proof or any in-store verification that the lenses provided by Lenskart were actually 1.67 high-index and requested them to check it in front of me. I was told that there is no way to check or prove the lens index, which is completely unacceptable for a technical and premium product.Another major concern was the lack of demo samples. During my first visit:There were no demo lenses for high-index (1.67 / 1.74)There were no demo transition lensesTo explain transition lenses, the staff showed me regular sunglasses and said that the transition effect would look “something similar”. Transition lenses and sunglasses are fundamentally different products, and giving sunglasses as a visual example is misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, I had no way to understand how my final product would actually look, either in thickness or in transition behavior.This entire experience highlights:Zero transparency for lens specificationsNo proof or verification processMisleading product explanation (showing sunglasses as transition lens examples)No demo samples for informed decision-makingPoor handling of genuine customer concernsDue to these issues, I had no choice but to refund the order. This was a very bad and frustrating in-store experience, and it has significantly impacted my trust in Lenskart’s lens quality and service standards.I strongly urge Lenskart to improve staff training, provide proper demo samples, and introduce a transparent verification mechanism for premium lenses. Without this, customers are being asked to blindly trust claims for products that cannot be visually or technically validated in-store.
