LIFELONG LEVENGER CUSTOMER
I have been a Levenger customer for 40+ years and have always been more than satisfied with the quality of products as well as customer service available. I have purchased many pens for myself as well as for gifts, tablets and writing papers and leather items (bags, cases, eyeglass holders) and I believe the quality to be extraordinary in each of these categories. My most recent purchase was a beautiful wooden Pen Wheel, a revolving pen stand having a 2 level carousel for displaying the pens and having them easily ready for use. It's a clever piece that looks lovely on my desk!!Thanks Levenger, of being a class company and keeping me in high quality products for decades!!!

Reliable, Professional, and High Quality
I’m a longtime customer who has had mostly great experiences with Levenger. The products, while pricey unless you purchase during one of their frequent sales, tend to align with advertising/images on their website incredibly well and the quality tends to be high enough to warrant the high prices. Customer service is responsive, helpful, and very professional, and they tend to get orders out quickly. My only issue with them in the past is that in rare cases, you’ll buy something that shows available on their website but is revealed to be on back order shortly after purchase. They have always done a good job communicating in these instances, proactively providing notification with an expected restock date and continuing to follow up with more details for the duration it is on back order. That approach, coupled with the fact instances of backorder are quite rare and the high quality service otherwise is why I am still giving them five stars. For reference: I’ve been shopping with them for a few years and just used my most recent order date as date of experience.

I LOVE THESE PENS!
I love these pens! They are works of art as well as nicely functioning pens. I found a good sale and bought a number of pens for birthday gifts in 2026.They are a high-quality and very practical gift. Everyone loves them.

Ordered a cherry wood desk about Ten…
Ordered a cherry wood desk about Ten years ago. It was sturdy solid and still used. Bought disassembled but told the next piece to check was solid cherry would as well over $500 for a cardboard box with tape. It Wombles. The top of the drawers have beige tape. Where's the solid cherry wood??

Poor Shipping
Been a week and it still hasn't shipped. I have no faith in a company who takes 7 days to take something to the US Post Office. They claim it is with their shipping partner and that took 2 days to give it to them. So they pay their "partner" to ship their products and their shipping "partner" takes another 5 days or more to go to the Post Office. This company needs a serious lesson in Basic Logistics. I dont even want my products now.

Circa is great for keeping me…
Circa is great for keeping me organized. I have kept personal journals for years and do tend to create notebooks on specific topics. I can move pages from the one book I carry every day to others to record topics, and I find it very helpful. Getting separate rings, the plain covers and the hole punch has made it less expensive and allows me to include electronic material and flyers etc. ... that's also nice. My biggest complaint is that the price has risen a lot recently and, ... it is becoming too expensive for me. Still nice stuff though.
