I purchased the LG Styler with high hopes. While I understand LG does not guarantee specific results, I personally did not see a meaningful difference in my clothing. It simply wasn’t worth the cost for me. Others may feel differently, but it was not a good fit for my needs.Unfortunately, the real issue was everything after the purchase.LG Customer Service:Extremely frustrating. I requested a return after one day of trying the product and followed up by phone after three days. It took three weeks and multiple follow-ups via email and phone just to get a return pickup scheduled. No proactive communication and very little ownership of the issue.On top of that, return processing is also slow. My first payment still had to be made, and it has now been two weeks since the unit was picked up. I am being told the refund will be processed next week. Do not expect your money back quickly.LG Delivery Service (LX Pantos):Hands down the worst delivery experience I have ever had. During the initial delivery, the delivery team damaged my floor. When a different delivery crew (from the same company) later came to pick up the unit for return, they immediately pointed out what should have been done during delivery to prevent the damage - meaning it was completely avoidable.Damage Claim & Inspection Process:After numerous calls and emails, an inspection was finally scheduled through LG/LX Pantos. This week alone:- Told me someone would come Tuesday — no one showed- Told me someone would come Thursday — no one showed- Today I was given a 12–1 PM window — it is now hours later and no one has arrived, no updates, and no response to my calls or messagesI have taken time off work and stayed home repeatedly for these missed appointments.Overall, this experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. The painfully slow return process, and the repeated failures around delivery damage and inspection, this will be my first and last purchase with LG. I would not recommend purchasing from LG unless major improvements are made to their customer service and delivery partners.

Purchase an LG Washing Machine, Model WT7405CV and immediately dark clothing starting show up with bleach stains. I followed directions on bleach levels and even clean the area after using bleach. Still, not every wash but occasionally darker clothing would show up with white spots? I contacted LG and after 3 months they replaced the machine with the same model. Now, 20 months later, with warranty my warranty expired, the same thing is happening again? I've lost 4 Ralph Lauren sweaters, slacks and golf shirts to this flaw. Frankly, I'd stay away from LG completely.

The worst customer support on the planet. Mahe you go through all this checking up see if the product works when it doesn't, refuse to honor warranty.

Avoid LG shop at all costs. The after sales is none exestance. Dish washer broke down after 5 months. Everything is hard work with LG. I will never purchase anything LG again.

I bought an LG television expecting a premium product.What I actually bought was a thermal metronome.While watching: click.When the TV is off: click.In complete silence: CLICK, just to keep me company.The plastic is so thin that every temperature change is enthusiastically announced. A truly immersive experience. You don’t just watch the movie, you hear it crackle.If you enjoy cheap materials, random noises, and the constant temptation to throw your television out the window, LG is the perfect choice.Otherwise… good luck, because the support will tell you that it is normal, that their TVs make these kind of noises.

Washing machine had a random vibration sensor fault. Contacted the online help/warranty using the app, a little bit of a pain as my lg extended warranty wasn't/isn't tied to the Washing machine. An appointment date was made for 4 days later. I was contacted the day before to confirm and give me a time. Day of appointment technician arrived bang on the time he said, fixed the problem with minimum amount of fuss.Excellent service from actual humans, app needs a little tweak to get it up to speed.

ordered washing machine 12 days ago and it is not delivered yet. worse of all there is no relevant tracking of progress and every time I phone them it takes ages and all they can do is pass me over to someone else , while at the end the guy just says he will send email somewhere else. very poor communication with customers and between company departments

Shocking - Order a washing machine, dryer and TV unit. Washing machine was broken on arrival - with no stock available and no ETA on replacement stock and told to sit tight.Spoke with Anna on customer care who offered no solutions.

This is one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever faced. Delhivery delayed my shipment without any valid reason, provided misleading tracking updates, and offered absolutely useless customer support. No one took responsibility even after repeated follow-ups.LG Electronics choosing such an unreliable courier partner is extremely disappointing. A big brand should care about customer experience, but instead customers are left stressed, ignored, and helpless. Both companies kept passing responsibility instead of fixing the issue.There is no professionalism, no coordination, and no respect for customers’ time or money. I strongly advise people to avoid Delhivery, and LG seriously needs to change its logistics partner. This experience has completely damaged my trust.

I bought an LG washer/dryer about four months ago. It recently started complaining about being too hot, and then white smoke started billowing from it. LG are blaming this on a power outage, which they claim is an "act of God" and therefore outside of warranty. They want £175 to repair one component, which is basically 1/3 of what I paid for the machine in the first place. Throughout, customer service have been completely unhelpful. I'll never buy an LG product again.
