This company does not deliver!!

Product never delivered. Appalling service. No refund and no reissue of the order. Would not trust them with your money.

Just received My life is good. Long sleeve t-shirts order of four t-shirts and am very disappointed. Based on previous purchases the material is thinner, the neck and cuff areas are loose. Overpriced!

Great product but extremely disappointing customer servjce

I love Life is Good products but their custom service is awful. Impossible to contact through chat as requested. It take multiple calls to get through to speak to someone and when you finally get them on the phone they aren’t very helpful Emails take weeks for a response and once it’s received it is unsatisfactory. Their guaranteed shipping is not guaranteed. Disappointing

Terrible outsourced customer support

Site offers “guaranteed” arrival by Christmas Eve. It arrives two days after Christmas. I reach out via email and they have to refer to a “specialist” to reply. This never happens, but they do send me an email asking for a review. I respond to that , and finally get a response that they can’t control shipping. Then why did you GUARANTEE arrival? Too many companies going to cheap outsourced support to make more money.

Ordered a shirt for my son for…

Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas. Order processed 12/1/2025 due to arrive 12/8/2025. Never received till 12/26/2025!. Followed the tracking and it went from New Hamshire to 3 post offices in florida then to Puerto Rico!!! Unable to reach a live person on the phone. Had to text company a message. Very poor service and shipping is terrible.

Horrible shipping

Horrible shipping. Order did not arrive in time for Christmas as advertised and took a week to even ship. So disappointed. Holiday is over and family is gone so overpaid for holiday shirts that won’t be used. Hopefully will hear from customer service soon.

Ordered 2 Christmas Shirts on Dec 8th

Ordered 2 Christmas Shirts on Dec 8th. They didn't arrive at the postal service until Dec 17th. Didn't get to use them this year. Called customer service on Dec 16th to cancel. I was told they already ship. They had not shipped. A label was created on Dec 16th but it was still in the warehouse. Arrived late on Dec 23rd. If I had known, I would not have ordered, Offered me 20% off next purchase. You get a lot more off if you wait for a sale!

Going back on their guaranteed by Christmas Eve delivery

Honestly, the company does not deserve even one star. Prior to ordering this holiday season they guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve and expedited shipping. Ordered on the 14th of December and only shipped out the 21st using standard shipping. Today is Christmas Day and never received my package. I called customer service multiple times and the refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. Stated the supervisor would call me back. After three calls on the same day and three promises they would call me back, it never happened. All agents told me different stories. They assured me I would receive my package on Christmas Eve. Never happened. I questioned why a supervisor is not calling me back their solution…..to return the items when I do receive them. No lie. That’s exactly what they told me to do. They do not care. This company is horrible. I will never order from them again. And honestly, I will not let this go. It was guaranteed Christmas delivery. They lied to me they expedited my package which never happened. Heartless customer service reps. Supervisors that never call you back. No respect. No communication. No solution.

Had to return an item

Had to return an item. This is in December. I only found out the replacement item was out of stock because I called. They should have notified me. They have NO voicemail and if you call the number it will hang up on you after about 3 minutes. Never again.

Something doesn't add up...

Something doesn't add up...I left a 1 star review on the LIG website after receiving a shirt that was not what I ordered and was not the same quality and size as LIG shirts that I used to purchase at Dicks Sporting Goods. I noticed mostly 5 star reviews on their website and wondered how my opinion of the product could be so vastly different from the other reviews. I see mostly negative reviews on this site; makes me wonder if the reviews on the company site are legit.
