Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service when I messed my Rosie's subscription, running out of her senior food, and then failed to notice who to edit delivery dates! Extra cost of ordering refunded and a lovely chat with a lovely lady who helped me find the place in my account to change things. Thanks

Healthy Happy Cat
Replacing previous low quality food with Lily’s Kitchen tins and biscuits has made an amazing difference to our cat who is prone to allergies. No more regular vets trips for steroids and antibiotics, in fact no follow up appointments needed at all apart from yearly health check. Wish I had switched a long time ago. Great food and great customer service too. Happy customer and happy cat 🐈⬛🩷

Fantastic Customer Service
I placed my regular order for dog food with a 35% discount and noticed there was a delay in expected delivery time. I rang the customer care line and apparently my order had been returned to the ware house as it had been damaged in transit. Within a couple of days a replacement order arrived and all charges had been waived and I received my order FOC. These things are bound to happen very occasionally and I was more than happy with the way the situation was dealt with and will of course continue to place regular orders with Lily's Kitchen.
