A product that I’ve spent over a thousand dollars doesn’t work. I’ve done the troubleshooting, received a replacement product and still have the same issues.

I had an issue with it saying drawer was full when it wasn’t . I went on the Whisker app and went into the chat to have Customer Service walking through the steps. I had Dennisha g for Customer Service and she was amazing. She walked me through the steps I was able to get it installed. I also mentioned I had a tear in my liner. She said they will just ship out a new globe so that way I don’t have to worry about just changing the liner they will give me a brand new one! What a great way to start my weekend very happy with the Customer Service and the chat option.

I purchased a new Litter Robot 5 and have had nothing but problems with it. They already had to replace it once because the camera didn't work. Now for the past couple months, it states the waste container is full when it is EMPTY. I have called numerous times and get the same response that they are working on a fix and that it will be pushed down through the app. The last time I called was over 3 weeks ago, and it was to happen soon. Still doesn't work. This is a $1,000 piece of crap, that has the worst customer service. This is very sad, since this is my third Litter Robot. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!

I’ve had my little robot for about eight months. On 3/10, I get a notification saying that the motor is faulty. I have warranty on the litter robot, so I call Whisker customer service. I was told on the 10th it would ship out in 1-3 business days. I checked today the 17th and a label for my package was created on 3/13, but it has not moved. So I call them again today the 17th. Why was I told on the 10th that the repair part would ship in 1 to 3 business days if it is not going to ship in the allotted time. Today is the sixth business day. The gentleman on the phone today told me the order would ship in 3 to 5 business days ANDDDD it could take USPS up to four business days to pick it up. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is not good customer service and this is not good warranty service. I’ve been lied to, which is unacceptable. It’s unacceptable for a warranty part that is labeled and ready to ship sit in their warehouse for 2 business days with no movement. And if I paid for warranty on the robot, why is this not shipping out the next business day? It’s a singular part. If these people know my little robot is not working and my cats can’t use the bathroom, then the replacement part should ship out the next business day. Period point blank.

Fantastic international support—fast shipping to Luxembourg!I recently had an issue with the base of my Litter-Robot 4, and I am beyond impressed with the support I received from Whisker.Living in Luxembourg, I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was resolved in just a few days. The customer experience team was incredibly kind and professional throughout the process. A special thank you to Mateo and Luis, who followed up proactively to ensure I had all the tracking information.The replacement base arrived very quickly, was easy to install, and my unit is now working perfectly again. It is rare to encounter such efficient and caring international after-sales service. I will definitely be recommending Whisker and the Litter-Robot to my friends and family here!

This product and company sucks. Cheaply made, no clear directions on assembly and parts do not fit as described. Difficulty and technical issues with app, customer support useless. What genius thought you needed an app to clean up cat shit? Good idea, but as usual in this digital age, extremely atypical PISS POOR execution. This thing is a piece of shit and I truly feel as though I just threw $800 away. I would not and will not recommend.
