Maybe I bought the wrong sort but I can’t sleep with them, and I wanted them to drown out husband snoring and cat purring! As I sleep on my side I found them very uncomfortable. They would be great on a plane

I don't usually write reviews about companies, but this company deserves one star. I placed an order on 7 January, but the company cancelled the shipment with the courier company and the parcel was returned to the sender on 9 January. To this day, I have not received a refund, even though I have been waiting for a month. Their bot does not allow you to contact them because it does not understand simple phrases, and the agents are even worse. They write that they will look into the matter, agree to respond within a certain time frame, and then give no response. Avoid this company. my rder number #3632706

My 8 January order was not delivered…
My 8 January order was not delivered and was returned by the courier on 9 January. As delivery did not take place, the parcel should already be back in your warehouse. I have waited 20 days and request urgent intervention and a full refund. In general, I do not recommend ordering from this seller because they cheat their buyers, as in the case of my order #3637784.

Amazing product.
The experience loop earplugs are an amazing product. Went to a concert the other days and the quality of sound was great without damaging my ears, i also found i could hear conversations with my friends at the same time the band was playing.

The usability of the website is top…
The usability of the website is top notch and the relivent information is given to you in a easy to read manner. I brought the dream ear plugs and link 2. The link to have been brilliant for work as I don't have to keep removing them so I can talk to people. I can't say much about the deam plugs yet as I haven't used them because I was worried I wouldn't hear my alarms and didn't want to be late to work I will give a review on them when I have some time off and can test them without to much worry if I sleep through my alarms.

Loop Dream
I’ve had a great experience with upgrading from Loop Quiet, to Quiet 2, and then finally to Loop Dream. Quiet 2 never quite cut out the noise of my partner at night (sleep apnea snoring NIGHTMARE) but dulled it a little- but the Loop Dreams have saved my life. I had my first ever uninterrupted sleep in two years last night and am over the moon! My only problem is that in my smaller ear canal the XS still makes it a little sore after wearing for so long- a small price to pay for a snoreless sleep!
