very good costumer service
As my daughter wanted to shop the underwear because it is very much liked on social media, I gave it a try. It was hard to find the fitting size - unfortunately I did not know about the excellent costumer service, via chat and via email, they also speak foreign languages and help you out with all problemes, fitting and retouring. And the underwear is especially beautiful and not expensive, with all the details.

Amazing customer service!!
Amazing customer service!!After a parcel from Lounge was stolen from my porch, lounge offered me a full refund, to resend the order or a gift card for the full amount. I was so impressed that from something that was not their fault, they were willing to offer me these options. I am now a loyal customer. Lounge are my absolute favourite brand. The quality and details on their lingerie is beautiful. 100% recommend
