Delivery delays and not cooperative customer support
My order, which was scheduled for delivery on February 8th, has not yet arrived as of February 15th. The customer support team has been unhelpful, and despite informing them that there will be no one available to receive the delivery for the next month, they have not offered a resolution.

In 2026, when ordering in Canada from a .ca site, it shouldn't take almost two weeks to get two fairly common items.

My order has not arrived
My order has not arrived and the AI bot just tells me it's been shipped. It appears to have gotten stuck along the way and has not even made it to my continent yet.

Lingerie was beautiful but shipping was not
Received the products and to be honest they fit beautifully and the quality is great. My first issue was I thought I was dealing with a Canadian company; however, the products were shipped from the UK. Usually not an issue, however, I was promised delivery by February 1st. Did not arrive, when I reached out to inquire, they said everything was delayed to weather in the UK and if I did not receive by February 6th I would receive a refund. February 6th arrived and no delivery, reach out again and was told product was stuck in customs and both customs and weather were not something they could control so no refund but they offered to resend the products so long as I promised to send back the original shipment if it arrived. This is silly, I refused. Product was finally received February 8th.So if you are ordering from Canada, add be aware of shipping delays.
